I had coffee and prayed for a bit. Having tea with Dad, my sister and brother. Then we're going to see her horse. This afternoon I've got a GP appointment. I asked for a female doctor but I'm worried it will be a man.

I'm not sure how I am really. Need to try and go to the gym group today anyway.

Sounds like a busy day Tamo. If you'd prefer to see a female GP and it's not an emergency you could always ask for another appointment if it's a male you see. I hope you get on ok.

Thanks Beckie. It depends who comes to the group. There are a couple of people I feel awkward/anxious around because one of them used to bully me at school with her friend. She's fine now but I can't seem to feel comfortable, especially since I have to go on the bus home with them both. My back is still sore too so don't know how much I'll be able to do.

I think I hate windows full stop. I have a Mac which I prefer.

That does sound difficult
I think I'd feel the same if my bullys were at the same group as me

I've never had a mac so can't compare
I'm generally against apple products for some unknown reason
Even though I do have an ipod

I've had the same iPod for about 10 years, don't know what I'd do without it.

I've had mine for probably about 5 years
Don't know what I'd do without mine either!

The only iPod I've had was engraved on the back with "I'm sure I used to be...so free." I kind of miss it but it's good to have a phone that includes pretty much everything you'd ever need.
