I have a jar opening device which makes opening jars easy. Though saying that I couldn't open a fray bentos pie once and had to throw it away because I managed to make a hole but not any further.

I’m ok thanks. Spent the day with Molly. We were waiting until she’s old enough to be dressed, but we think she’s already in heat. She’s been meoawing so loudly, which isn’t like her. Poor thing. I gave her lots of attention and treats. We’re getting her dressed soon.

It must be a Scottish thing because I have heard many sayings but not that one. It's probably best to get her microchipped too even if she's indoors because if she gets out she won't be able to find her way home.

I know what you mean about feeling bad, but it really is for her own good. Can prevent lots of health problems and things. When will she be old enough? I know you can get boys neutered from four months most of the time. :)


I'll be getting Alec neutered too. :) It'll happen as part of a new kitten pack I'm getting from my local vet. :)

4 months for females and 6 months for males is what most vets say.

Oh. Cat's Protection said 4 months for Alec. Maybe it is 6! I'll have to ask the vet. :)

She’ll be old enough now, so we are arranging it soon. Yip, we are getting her micro chipped too.

Microchipping is a must, I think. I'd hate it if I had an escapee and someone thought he was homeless. :(

I’m looking after Molly again on Tuesday. I have plenty of dreamies waiting for her.
