Plot is basically they aren't conventional nuns they fight demons and kick ass. And one of them has angels halo. I really enjoyed it but sadly I have onished the two seasons on netflix and it got canceled. But fans have campaigned for a trilogy of movies home for those is cute early uncertain though
Well those are the rules with cats Lindsay can't feed them late! |
Work is so dead!
|
Barely anyone goes to the pub in January.
Try not to get too bored Beckie. At least you should be home late and then hopefully sleep a bit later tomorrow morning. |
Most people are broke after Christmas. I know that I am. Plus there's dry January too so people are avoiding the pub. All of it means pubs are quiet. Hopefully you can find enough to do Beckie.
|
In hospital on AMU for my asthma. Can't sleep because hospital :plain:
|
Beckie why is the one night you actually sleep the night where I am bored out of my mind in hospital :p
Only kidding glad you are getting better sleep than last few nights (or at least I assume so from the lack of posts) |
Typical!
Morning! I was actually up at that time, but was pottering about! Got about 5.5 hours, which is a vast improvement! Sorry to hear you're in hospital Hopefully you'll get to go home soon |
I suppose that is acceptable! :p
Hooray for 5.5 hours! I have got pretty much no sleep maybe the odd minute here or there. I hope so too should be seeing consultant ithis morning and hopefully they say go hime. Had all the tests now just came back from my chest x-ray.. |
:-D
Yeah sleep is tough in hospital. Fingers crossed! |
Doesn't help that there is a lot of turnover on AMU. And that I keep having to have various tests etc.
I haven't needed any nebulisers since they brought me in so I reckon I should be good to head home. We shall see though they might want to do some breathing tests. |
Yeah the acute wards tend to suck. AAU was the same.
That's a good sign! |
I got the honour of getting my obs done first as I was awake. What an exciting life I lead ...
You up to anything this morning? |
Excellent!
Not really. Watching doctor who and random internetting. |
I still haven got around to watching the Christmas episode of Doctor Who. Cos of having just got out of hospital I didn't watch it Christmas Day and just keep forgetting. Have you seen it? And if so was the new doctor's first proper episode any good?
First thing that popped into my head when you said random internetting was Nyan cat for some reason. |
I have seen it and was disappointed.
The new doctor is brilliant, but the story wasn't for me! Ahh nyan cat! That used to be my alarm tone! |
Fair at least the doctor is good that bides well for the new series.
Everyone loves cats with pop tarts for bodies! P.s. sorry I dissappeared for a bit had many non epileptic seizures |
It does!
They do indeed 2000's was peak Internet That's not good! |
It was indeed!
Not good but it's what happens in hospital I have crashmats. Alas day staff just leave me on the crash mat fir ages rather than keeping an eye on me and reassuring me like the night staff did |
Ugh. Hate staff like that!
|
They are irritating.
Hopefully once I have seen consultant I can escape. |
Fingers crossed
|
Morning all. I am awake because I am meeting a friend for coffee. She is the kind of person who tends to meet up early.
Sorry you're in hospital Jen. Hopefully they'll let you out today. |
Yay coffee! Boo Early!
I am borrredddd. Still no consultant. |
Sorry you're in hospital, Jen. Hope you feel well enough to get home soon.
How did work go, Beckie? Hope you enjoy your coffee with your friend, Dawn. |
Saw consultant and he said we would see how things went over the next few hours and hopefully get me home this afternoon. Well it's a couple of hours later and just needed a load of inhaler and another nebuliser so hope of going home today is now slightly less.
Hope everyone has good days. |
Sorry you're in hospital lr.
I'm spasmy again today. More importantly discussing discharge in ward rounds. |
Am home. Saw friend it was good to catch up. She's hoping to see me again next month.
|
I am waiting to see the respiratory physio. Chest is clear but still a bit breathless, so could be my dysfunctional breathing.
|
You have a ward round again, Tamo?
What are you getting up to now, Dawn? Thinking about you, Jen. |
Yes, I'm being discharged on the 29th :)
|
Respiratory physio was helpful. Will see what doctor says I think I could possibly go home. But am not 100%
|
Are you feeling ok about that, Tamo?
How are things now, Jen? |
They got very busy so I am just waiting around. Have politely chased and been told nurse has messaged doctor. But hasn't heard anything back yet.
|
There's always so much waiting in hospital. Have you got something to focus on?
|
Just playing with my fidget toy and cuddling my duck running low on capacity to do stuff.
|
What kind of fidget toy do you have? My favourite is my fidget cube.
|
I'll be glad to be home osc. I'm not thinking about staying safe or not.
|
I hope you will be safe and home and have enough support, Tamo.
|
It's twisty cubes on elastic that you can form into shapes.
|
Hey everyone
|
Hello Beckie.
|
Hey dawn
How are you? |
I am ok Beckie thanks for asking. Saw my friend before went home and fell asleep. Now pondering what to do as tv is crap tonight. Might try and read a book.
|
Home. Very much in need of distraction post hospital stay and because I came home to a CMHT letter.
|
Reading a book is a nice way to spend an evening
Is it a good letter or bad letter? |
A mostly bad letter.
Am watching a film and have had tea and fruit toast. Film is not a cheerful film it's about ww2 but it is a good film Zi have enjoyed before |
Sorry it was a bad letter.
|
Sorry to hear that jen
I know how much you were worrying about it :( |
Sorry your letter was bad Jen. Glad you're home though.
|
