Hi Lillie.

I like room 101. I'd love to put a few things in there!

The writing group is fun. I did creative writing classes a few years ago, and I meet up with people I met there.

Aubergine 17-03-2017 08:15 PM

Bed is so good. *makes Lillie tea*

I like Indian too!

Writing group sounds fun.

Sketchy 17-03-2017 08:18 PM

How are you aubergine?

Cacoethes 17-03-2017 08:20 PM

I'd like to put a fair few things in room 101 too!!

Sounds like a good place to make friends Lorraine :)

What are you up to tonight aubergine?

Sketchy 17-03-2017 08:20 PM

Lillie, have you made your cup of tea? It must be good to be home. Beckie is right. There is nothing like your own bed.

Sketchy 17-03-2017 08:22 PM

It is. I took the class to tackle my anxiety and to get routine, but I made some nice friends in the process. I'm part of two groups now.

Aubergine 17-03-2017 08:32 PM

That sounds great, Lorraine. Routine can really help, can't it?

I'm listening to music on Spotify. :)

Sketchy 17-03-2017 08:36 PM

A bit of routine can be helpful.

I hope you are enjoying your music.

Aubergine 17-03-2017 08:39 PM

It's good. :) what are you up to? What is your reading about?

Sketchy 17-03-2017 08:43 PM

I'm procrastinating. I should get my reading done. It's different bits of writing that people in the writing group have done. I enjoy reading their work, I'm just been rather lazy today.

Do you have anything else planned for this evening?

Cacoethes 17-03-2017 08:44 PM

What kind of music do you like aubergine?

Aubergine 17-03-2017 08:51 PM

Oh it's cool that you get to read each others writing. :)

I'm listening to mumford and sons at the moment. I like a bit of everything though. How about you?

Cacoethes 17-03-2017 09:01 PM

I like a bit of everything too. Except rap. Not a rap fan!

Sketchy 17-03-2017 09:05 PM

Right, I'm going to log off and do my reading. Catch you guys later. :)

Aubergine 17-03-2017 09:12 PM

See you later, Lorraine. :)

I don't mind rap. Not a huge fan of really heavy metal or freeform jazz though!

Cacoethes 17-03-2017 09:12 PM

See you later Lorraine!

Jazz I'm not fond of either. I used to be into really heavy metal but not so much now! A little bit of metal is good though!

Aubergine 17-03-2017 09:16 PM

Yeah, I don't mind a bit of metal. :)

I am so hot!

Cacoethes 17-03-2017 09:18 PM

Do you have heating on?
I had to put mine on because it's freeezing outside! And very windy!

Aubergine 17-03-2017 09:25 PM

The nurse just turned the thermostat in my room down, so I'm hoping I'll cool down in a bit.

I love the wind! It really blows away the cobwebs.

Cacoethes 17-03-2017 09:38 PM

That's good :)
Have you got any windows you can open?

I really don't like the wind! Makes me thankful I've stopped smoking really because it's near impossible to light one in the wind!

Aubergine 17-03-2017 09:48 PM

I'm not on the ground floor so there are no windows that open. :( There is a massive window that looks out onto a garden though. :)

Well done on stopping smoking! How's it going?

Cacoethes 17-03-2017 10:00 PM

Ah that's annoying. Good to have a nice view though! :)

Thanks! It's going ok. I don't necessarily want a cigarette but it's hard to get used to not getting up for one during an advert break or after meals. It's the routine thing really!
It's day 3 tomorrow and people say that's the hardest day so we shall see!!

Aubergine 17-03-2017 10:08 PM

I've heard other people say about the routine thing. Like with a cup of coffee and things. I will be rooting for you tomorrow!

It is a nice view. :)

Cacoethes 17-03-2017 10:11 PM

It's definitely taking some getting used to!
I'm determined to stop though. I'll save sooo much money and my health too!

That's good. Most hospitals I've been in have a delightful view of a brick wall or hospital building!

not_so_insig 17-03-2017 11:17 PM

My local psych unit had a rather large view of a wooden fence.

[Luna] 18-03-2017 09:33 AM

Good morning lovelies <3

chinahorse 18-03-2017 10:27 AM

Morning love :)

I had a rubbish nights sleep. Got woken up by the doorbell at half 2. Couldn't go back to sleep for hours and now I have to get up and do stuff.

Cacoethes 18-03-2017 01:11 PM

Hey guys.

Sorry to hear that Lillie. I hope you get a chance to rest soon.

I'm going to go for a walk today. Finally see what's down by the river!

chinahorse 18-03-2017 01:49 PM

That made me think of the 'I'm going on a bear hunt' beckie. Hope you enjoy it.

I'm at home now. I feel dissociatey.

Cacoethes 18-03-2017 02:01 PM

Haha! I'm going on a near hunt, I'm going to catch a big one!'

Have you got any grounding stuff you can do?
Yay for being home though!

Aubergine 18-03-2017 03:33 PM

Hey. :)

chinahorse 18-03-2017 04:34 PM

Heya :)

I had a nap and feel a bit better. I might have a bath and relax in that. Or another cup of tea.

Aubergine 18-03-2017 04:47 PM

Glad you feel a bit better, Lillie. I vote for tea and a bath!

Cacoethes 18-03-2017 04:57 PM

Hey aubergine :)

I'm glad you feel better. Tea and bath sounds good!!

I went on a walk by the river. I started the walk just outside town and the footpath conveniently looped round to the town centre which was good.
And the cows were really friendly!

Aubergine 18-03-2017 05:09 PM

That sounds lovely, Beckie. Will you go and see the cows again?

I have tea and am listening to music and watching rugby.

Cacoethes 18-03-2017 05:10 PM

I definitely will. It's a lovely walk!

Sounds good! The fam have decided to drop in for a visit. They never do this and my mum is probably gonna freak at the state of the house! :/

Aubergine 18-03-2017 05:14 PM

Oh dear! Can you do a super quick tidy up?

chinahorse 18-03-2017 05:16 PM

That sounds lovely beckie! I'm sure the family will just be pleased to see you.

I had a bath and emptied the kitchen bin I don't think anyone's done it in weeks. It took 3 bin bags! 3!!

Aubergine 18-03-2017 05:19 PM

3?! Wow. Well done for doing it.

Wonderland. 18-03-2017 05:20 PM

Nevermind Bex, I'm sure if she's that bothered she'll help you tidy up. And anyway you have been busy this week with all this fitness stuff and stopping smoking. I'm sure your mum will be impressed by that!

Flipping heck Lillie, what messy people! Hope you had a relaxing bath.

Yay for tea Ducky :)

Aubergine 18-03-2017 05:23 PM

Hey. How are you? *shares tea*

Wonderland. 18-03-2017 05:29 PM

*sips tea*

I'm good thanks, all sweaty after a decent workout on my treadmill. Need to decide whether to go out to the pub again tonight or not.

Anyone up to anything tonight?

Aubergine 18-03-2017 05:37 PM

Workout sounds good. Who might you go to the pub with?

Wonderland. 18-03-2017 05:52 PM

It's the closest sister of my best mate who died a few year back so we are rather close now, but I'm trying to get her to compromise and come to mine for drinks because I'm a tired teddy, but I'm still up for alcohol lol.

Aubergine 18-03-2017 06:02 PM

Drinks round yours sound good. I hope she agrees and you have a lovely time.

chinahorse 18-03-2017 06:15 PM

Hope she agrees to drinks round yours. It can almost be better than going to the pub as you can have a nice natter.

And yes I live with disgusting people.

Sketchy 18-03-2017 06:21 PM

Hello everyone *waves*

Aubergine 18-03-2017 06:21 PM

Hey Lorraine! How are you?

chinahorse 18-03-2017 06:21 PM

*waves back*

Sketchy 18-03-2017 06:24 PM

I'm ok thanks. How is everyone?

Anyone doing anything exciting this Saturday? I'm staying in and planning to watch casualty.
