Hey everyone.

Been chucking it down on and off here today as well - it's so loud in my flat when it rains that heavily. Also had thunder and lightening at least twice - which I'm not a fan of. Rain sounds are relaxing, thunder is definitely not!

I've been doing my assignment most of the day, but have been fairly productive with it so that's reassuring! Going to finish this section I think and then consider ordering some dinner and chill for a few hours this evening.

I've had a very non productive day. Had a long nap, watched some telly, had a shower. I feel a lot less stressed now. But still tired. Very tired. But not worse than any other day-tired.

I decided to walk to the retail park to post a parcel. It was raining but also sunny. Idk why but it was so beautiful! Everything is so bright and green! It's like all colours are in HD for some reason! Or like when you edit a photo and turn the saturation up a bit!

I'm quite proud of the cakes tbh!

Thanks everyone! I managed the tasks (finding sources, etc.) I needed to, as well as starting the actual essay - 500+ words done now. :D

I actually got 10 hours sleep! But only because I was exhausted from overdoing things a bit with parents being here so I was in bed and asleep by 9pm.

I made some simple soup for lunch. Changed my bedding, went to the shop, then washed my hair. Finished another book.

Hello all. I have washed my hair and am currently contemplating what to do.

I'm not up to much. Got Mass at 5pm. L got me a hot water bottle to strap round my belly for period pains!

It was so busy!
Now i need to clean out piggos and do some washing and go for a run
But just chilling for a bit first

Been dozing this afternoon and doing pretty much nothing. Needed it as was shattered.

Just got to do shopping order after dinner

Have spent last couple of hours going in and out of awareness/ conciousness. I have had better mornings!

Bit more with it now have done breakfast and meds. Just getting some coffee

I am attending one of my fave mini human's 5th birthday celebration today. I hope she'll be happy and like the presents. She had a major meltdown last year because i apparently didn't bring her enough presents XD
For some reason i find mini human meltdowns hilarious. It's just so authentic and pure feeling while at the same time somewhat ridiculous ;)

The family fun day at work is when we have food vans, bouncy castle, fair ground ride, face painting and stuff in the garden. I think this is the first one this year, but we usually do a couple throughout summer. That, combined with Bank holiday does NOT make for a fun day for us staff...

I ran out of energy post washing up and so am now sat on the sofa with a blanket and my legs propped up, half watching some YouTube on my TV. It's very cosy!

I had an annoying morning. I went to the chemist then had a big parcel to take to a shop to get Evri to return to Amazon but the shop was closed so I had to take it all the way home when I had been planning on going straight on the bus to Asda. Then when I got home I realised the chemist had given me someone else's meds so I had to go back there and then finally went to Asda after just missing a bus there and back! Done a washing and hoovered.

Afternoon guys!

Been having a bit of difficult day FND wise. Got muscle twitches and a tremor. And I am rather tired. But I have managed to have a shower. And partner got us some jam doughnuts as a treat which were tasty.

Work was very much not ok.
I only just had one drink through my whole shift, and no fresh air or pee breaks!
Although i managed to stay oddly chill. I think i transcended stress and just went into a weird calm XD
I feel slightly dead though lol

It's a rough day but I am still doing bits here and there. Think after how awful I have been feeling with asthma on top of FND in th last few weeks, just feeling rough from FND today isn't as bad. Still trying not to overdo it

At least work is over now Beckie! Have a big drink now you are home and try to rest.
