Oliver , why doesen't Lady Jane Grey have a Roman Numeral after her name like all the others in your Signature?

because she was the only monarch of that name so there isn't a need for one. Like King John and Queen Victoria there has only been one, but if another of that name was a monarch they would then have a roman numeral.
Although with lady Jane grey, some may not consider her to be a real monarch as she wasn't coronated and only ruled for 9 days
