I'm trying to summon the strength to walk to town and the post office. It needs doing today but I'm so tired and sore. I'm an idiot for moving to a place with no easy buses.

I have been for my walk around the park at the bottom of the road. First time I have been for ages though with the combination of the weather and my friend deciding to meet on a Thursday for coffee.

It did end up being quite fun as we had to do a 'human knot' so we stood in a circle and held the hands of other people and then tried to undo ourselves without letting go!
Its impossible but it was a good laugh!

My social worker called half an hour ago to say she’d be coming round at 4.30, my flat was a **** hole! Never moved so quick in my life. It’s still a complete mess but at least almost within normal standards!!
