Always have coffee

Afternoon all. I have a cpn appointment later. Am nervous because it's a new cpn.

I didn't have coffee.

My grandmother sent me a pretty bracelet blessed by the Dalai Lama, it's meant to have stress relieving properties.

I've had lots of coffee today.
But we only have decaf here *grumbles*

When I was in hospital, i got a visitor to bring me normal instant coffee in a plastic container.

No visitors allowed unfortunately because of covid

Of course, that's a pain. You said someone does a shopping run?

Sometimes they do.
I usually try to go too but they can only take so many people at a time.
It just depends on staffing levels.

I had a terrible night.
Up at 1:30am and didn't sleep again until 5:30am
And that was after zopiclone and promethazine

My godmother came to visit just now, we had a chat and a pray.

Not much. Going home today though so yay I suppose

It was meant to be on leave but they've changed their minds and now I'm staying until at least Monday when they have a professionals meeting

No plans so far today other than the Doctor Who triple bill on tv at 1pm.

I had bizarre dreams that I found a hidden flat between me and my semi-detached neighbour. An old lady lived there and it was really nice inside and made me sad!

I've got to pick up my watch so we're going to have a trip into Costa too.

I slept really well too.

Ah that's good you managed to get it fixed. Nice to combine it with a trip to Costa too. =)

Had to loiter round the office for half an hour to make sure they didn't forget me!

Yeah, at least I wasn't dreaming about people I know! That's always worse. =P

I bought coke zero (obviously) and mango guava fanta which is delicious.
I bought 4 bottles of the 1.75 coke zero so that should last me until at least tomorrow :p

That's good. Must be a good book? I find reading during the day difficult, it's always a before bed thing for me and that's not regularly unless I really get into the book.

I don't want to go during the day, it's far too busy so I'll go this evening.

And it's easy to read because it's like diary entries rather than full pages.
