Same stuff you'd get if you paid for breakfast at the hotel. But instead of an extortionate 21 euros, it was 4.99 Had lots of trouble getting lunch from a sandwich stand as he spoke absolutely no English and I speak absolutely no German....well, VERY little. As in, i can say please, thank you etc. And i can probably still count to 100 as german numbers follow quite a logical pattern That certainly is amazing jenna! Well done for continuing to take it easy jen. I struggle to function with bad sleep and i don't have all your health issues! |

Far too busy vandalising the white board (one of the patients wrote all our names where the staff usually put their names. He put me as 'Dr Rebecca') And also listening to pink floyd. They eventually drugged us all at about 3am XD I can probably guess who edited your post that time... |

My ward is so well behaved! The worst anyone has done while I was there was tip over the dining furniture.

I fell.back asleep again. I feel I shall count this day as a loss and try again tomorrow. Although I must update my click and collect order before 11:46pm or I will just be getting fruit, vegetables milk and bread (the things I use to hold basket as we always eat them) and no main meal items, store cupboard restocks or toilet paper! |

Going to update shopping after dinner as hopefully will have a little extra energy. I also still have a stuffy nose and sinus headache that's been a thing all week. Still unsure if its hayfever or something else may contact GP next week. |

We had steak and homemade potato wedges with salad and sweetcorn. We rarely have steak because the good stuff is expensive so was a really nice treat. And high in iron!
Yeah my prescribed allergy meds plus over counter decongestants haven't shifted it. Decongestant nasal spray works but you can't use it for more than a week in a row. So probably need to seek medical advice. I will put in a patient triage request thing next week. Shopping is done and a click and collect slot booked for next week when my parents are visititing |

I'm OK thanks, just been doing some weeding and got mauled by a big spiky bush which has scratched me and messed up my ponytail. Also spotted a fence post that is really rotted away at the bottom - I assume I tell no one and then throw my hands up in disbelief when the whole thing falls down?

That is true! Usually I'm good at learning the basics for a trip, but I've had a total mental block with German! I also keep mixing up languages. Mainly Spanish and Italian, as well as English obvs. Only thing I've really grasped is 'danke sh?n' It took 35 mins to do meds???? I'd complain to them lindsay. Getting stupid now! Why aren't you going back? I'm chilling at the Cairo gate. Because idk which gate mine is at yet. |

Yes unfortunately by the time I have finished I would have had 6 in a fortnight. Then once every 3 months after that.
