I've had a hairwash, after a cup of tea I'm going to sort out meds for the week. Then of course watching doctors at 1.45pm! What about you?

I have had breakfast,.taken my meds, had a shower and got dressed. Now resting for a little bit before heading outside. Pain got better as I got up and started moving about so haven't taken any painkillers yet.

And those few activities took an hour and a half so definitely not rushing!

Afternoon all. I have stomach ache and my mh still isn't good.

My day so far has been nearly falling for an Evri text scam. Getting too hot going to the chemist. Extra hot and tired washing my hair. Every time I sneeze I feel really cold. Weird. Last night I bought snacks from ALL the places so have spent some time attempting to cancel as much as possible.

I am forcing myself to watch the episode of my show where the main character was falsely accused. Trying to get over being unsettled about it becaus eIndo enjoy the show and I think watching the episode will help with that.

I needed to work through it Tamo. I am feeling a bit better about the drama as I can tell it will be resolved by the end of the episode. I think it was more my state of mind when I first tried to watch it and it's good to get past it and move on.

I am a bit wobbly mentally but not because of the TV.

Looks like we're all not so good today. We need something to cheer us up a bit.

No just the one duck mug. It is my favourite mug though, but I only drink tea out of it. I have my coffee in a different mug. Hot chocolate might go in the duck mug but I prefer it in my yellow mug.

I shall have to buy a separate teapot just for pepsi max should you come to visit!

Having different favourite cups means each one reminds me of a certain drink. Although I do drink out of the other mugs in my house just have my three favourites.

I have had my tesco shopping order. I keep on going to feel ill so it's taking me ages to put everything away because I can only do a few things at a time. Still haven't put everything away. Thankfully I had no frozen foods and I have put the milk in the fridge.

It's ok to take things slowly insig.

He doesn't use my duck mug which is my absolute favourite or my coffee mug, the yellow mug I use for hot chocolate is more general use as I don't drink hot chocolate very often. And I don't use his favourite mug He let his sister use his favourite mug the other day. She is very privileged. Although now I think of it she did buy it for him.

I have volunteered for the closing shift also. I say volunteered, i basically begged them to let me do it. Lol.

I have eventually managed to put all my shopping away. I moved to the bedroom where it's slightly cooler and fell asleep on the bed. It's helped because I am not so hot as before. My nap has also helped mh wise too.

I'm watching twenty twelve.

The episodes are an hour and a half long (plus ads as I am watching them for free on itvx) and I have at least 16 episodes to watch.

I could maybe take some paracetamol and see if it helps. I doubt it will though.
