Well amongst lots of work phone calls, I topped up the bird feeders and went on my exercise bike for a bit. Think that's about it really, it felt more productive than it's actually been. =/

Today's weird bird sound: a seagull that sounds exactly like a monkey screaming

I cancelled my phone call via email. I think the CMHT have been phoning me multiple times today but I can't answer and they didn't leave a message. I don't know if I'm supposed to go to my appointment tomorrow or if it's a scheduled call. I BLOODY HATE THE PHONE!
