I love the film and the genral idea behind the book and everything so I'm sure I'll love it.
I resumed reading About A Boy today which is good :]

Just started reading Naked Lunch by William S Burroughs, it's taking a long time to get into it, but i'm persevering.

I finally finished 'Atonement'. It took me ages to get into it but once I did, I enjoyed it. Actually preferred the film (which never happens!), probably because I saw it before I read the book.

I'm currently reading 'Pride and Prejudice' - Jane Austen.

Got two books on the go atm. One is called Secret Scars and its by Abigail Robson...has made me cry many times!
And the other one is Wide Sargasso Sea, which I have to read for my English class. It's alright, just a bit....meh.

Serendipity. 21-01-2011 05:14 PM

Wide Sargasso Sea is on my 'to read' list; is it any good?

I'm reading 'Bipolar Expeditions' by Emily Martin. It's really interesting.

Hobbes 21-01-2011 10:31 PM

^Like :)

Currently reading The Wasp Factory: Ian Banks,
Just finished Blindness by Jose Saramago which was absolutely wonderful!
Plus Janice Galloway: The Trick is to Keep Breathing and
True things about me by Deborah Kay Davies, which was a fab read especially if anyone likes Sylvia Plath, a modern take on her style :)
I LOVE BOOKS *cough* just saying (:

I'm reading The Beach House by Jane Green.

PrincessVegeta_x 24-01-2011 08:11 PM

Glee: The Beginning by Sophia Lowell. Basically a prequel to the 1st episode of the TV Show. I'm enjoying it so far.. the characters seem to be a little out of character though to be honest, but that's probably because it's a prequel :P

beautiful_seclusion 24-01-2011 11:18 PM

Reading Catch-22, so amazing and funny.

HopeRises 24-01-2011 11:32 PM

I'm back on "proper" books, after a few light reads to get me through exams.

Dreaming. 28-01-2011 07:08 PM

Finished Far from the Madding Crowd yesterday. I hated the book until the last 50 or so pages, where I loved it. Haha.

Now reading The Shadow of the Wind, which I'm really excited about!

Crescendo 28-01-2011 07:14 PM
