I need to make a start on tidying the house, dad is coming to help with some tiling on Sunday and the house is too much of a mess and there's too much stuff everywhere.

We already had to postpone last Sunday cos I was poorly :(

No, I'm not going

It's a tricky one beth because on one hand, it could make you feel better, with a bit of (hopefully) funny distraction, but it could also suck if you're there but really not in the mood for it.
If it helps, I've been stuck on that 'in between' bit and have never regretted going out when I have decided on that option.

I always do the exact same things every evening. A bit of internetting then TV.

I don't think I'm much of the audience they're needing, at an open mic night with relatively new comics, (so a very small audience, I've been before and the whole audience will be less than 15 people) - when I'm spending my time in bed sad and crying. I'll hardly be an encouraging addition!

There was a group this morning about things to do in the local area once we're discharged and I thought, "that'll pass the time" then I thought, "I don't actually live in this area" so I've done some mindfulness instead.

Also, my jumper smells funny, but the HCA I asked insists it doesn't smell bad.

Do you have occupational therapists at your CMHT, Tamo? They can often help with things like that.

Hi osc, how are you?

I think there's an ot at the CMHT. I don't want to do things just for the sake of it, but if there was something I was genuinely interested in, that'd be nice.

They can help explore your interests and how you might be able to pursue them. It's sometimes hard to find activities on your own. It's something to consider asking your CPN about I guess.

I'm not great but my friend is visiting today so I'm hoping that will be nice although I'm a bit worried it will be awkward. We usually only go to the colouring group together.

Morning all. It's raining rather heavy here. Got a bit wet fetching the recycling boxes in. Am supposed to be going to the hearing voices group today but I have a parcel coming via courier and you know what they're like.

Also had an email to say that the concert I was supposed to go to has been cancelled:-( .

Hi Beth, how are you getting on today?

My friend was coming to meet my cat who she loved and we had got some lunch from Greggs so had that and then just coloured and had a chat. It was nice. She said my house is lovely and relaxing and she had a nice time.

It was. I'm just so glad she didn't feel awkward as I know it's often uncomfortable going into someone's house for the first time.

Sorry I disappeared I was waiting all afternoon for a courier. I was supposed to go to the hearing voices group but you know what couriers are like. Good job I didn't go as I would have been out at the time he came.

I have been cleaning. The theatre I got my tickets for the concert from said i should receive a full refund. If I haven't received my refund then I have the backing of my credit card and also its only a 10 minute walk away so I can hassle them in person. The concert hasn't been rescheduled nor can I find a reason why it's been cancelled. Shame as I was looking forward to going and I had front row seat.

Seem to be settled and happy! They're napping currently so can't clean them out yet XD
