We sat on a bench on a hill overlooking the sea and the cliffs and the beach and ate pasties. It's a lovely view and one of our favourite spots. Was sunny but crisp air perfect weather.

Very tired and a little short of breath now though so have come back home and got into bed. Going to try and nap.

It normally takes about 20 mins to get to manageable then the full hour to feel calm again I'm lisgrninc to music and drawing.

I am trying to work out what to do with my day. Done breakfast and nearly all my meds (just got to do sinus rinse so I can do nasal spray and then take iron tablet when it hits 11am). Might watch some Doctor Who. I got through the weirdness that was the flux episodes, so odd, and just have the last 3 specials with the thirteenth doctor to watch. Want to make sure I have watched them before November when new specials come out.

I put my heating on about, maybe, two weeks ago….??? But i tend to mostly just have it on in my livingroom and bathroom. If it's get really cold i put it on in the kitchen and bedroom as well. But that doesn't happen very often.
It's really cold outside today. I started wearing my winter jacket this weekend. And winter boots too. Brrrr!!!!

I am home but need to go to the retail park.

I did an online shop, partner will pick up our click and collect order at 1pm tomorrow. Actually got enough meals for the whole week, which is more planning than I have done in a while. Hopefully my lungs behave enough we get to eat it all!

My heating is set to go on if it gets below 16 degrees as a council person told me that's as low as it should be or pipes might burst. I sometimes put it up to 20 degrees but just let it warm the house a bit and then turn it back down so it doesn't actually get to 20 degrees.

I got a few treats some ice-creams, crunchy bran cereal and I got my partner some country slices because they are his favourite.

My lungs are playing up a bit post nap.

Mine comes on automatically at 18 degrees but my thermostat is in the warmest part of the house so usually we manually put it on for a few hours when the outer rooms feel cold.
