Hello all. I have done half my cleaning. I am not sure if i will do the floors as it's very hot here. If not then I will have very little to do. Atm I am sitting in front of a fan. The floors will get done tomorrow if I don't do them today.

Is she a permanent type psychiatrist or a locum one? Most if not all of the psychs at my CMHT are locums. I remember a very long time ago when most psychiatrists were permanent and didn't move on quickly.

Yes i managed to make it to my group Lindsay. Fortunately my physical health condition calmed down enough that I was able to sit through the whole meeting.

Yes I am slightly cooler now tamobhuuta and I have done the majority of my flat's floors. Having a rest now as obviously I don't want to walk on freshly mopped floors.

The afternoon was pretty sad with a freak accident, and then someone called as they'd found a snake in their garden so that brought that in - and it launched itself at me and the nurse!!

Then drove past a really bad car crash on my way home.

I got a cheese ploughman's sandwich. It said that it included pickles but I thought all cheese ploughman sandwiches included pickles.

I thought they did too? Maybe they were just listing everything they'd added?

I'm only home until 8, I need to go to the quiz then. I've just had some toast so I'm thinking get some of the washing up done, kitchen cleaned and some of the washing away maybe.

I am ok thanks. Wrote 14 postcards. Posted them all now. 4 are going to Germany. I like getting German addresses because they usually arrive quickly. I use my label printer which makes writing postcards easier for me as I don't have to write the addresses. Just the postcrossing ID and the message. Oh and the stamps which takes up half the room on the card (thanks Royal Mail!).

That's so productive Beckie! I'm off work today from working the weekend, so I've been into town to get some leaving gifts for my friend (her last day is tomorrow) and a birthday present for my brother.

I'm just home now so I've put a wash on and going to do the washing up before my pub shift at 5.

Meds have been put in boxes and I also organised our meds cupboard XD

When I went into my local town, everyone was out because of the lovely weather!
