I went out for masking tape, painted the skirting boards, dado rails and 2/8 doorframes. Had a nap and then I've just cleaned some of the counter top and am eating a sandwich now :)

What sort of stuff do you watch on YouTube?

Mix of things. History documentary style content, travel vlogs, some cooking/ food shows, a man who goes camping, wildlife videos a load of differnet musicians/ bands. Plus a few channels on other miscellaneous topics.

Watching a travel vlog of people training to take on a mountain ultra marathon at the moment.

Had a good visit thanks. L starts back at school-work on Tuesday next week so won't be able to visit as much.

Got quoted £20 more than the original quote for my taxi to work. I hassled them into submission and paid the original quote XD.
But they were on time at least. So I'm at work.

I wish I could stand up for myself like you, Beckie! I'm glad you didn't just pay the extra amount. Hope work goes well.

It helps that I literally only had £7 more than the original quote in my account XD
But I wouldn't have paid it even if I had it. £20 is a lot of money! This company have form for not letting people out of the car until they pay the new price. I'm FAR too stubborn for that. They'd give in way before I would XD

I have a busy day today. Had amazon, waiting for tesco and yodel. Bit anxious about yodel as last time I had them they delivered my parcel to the wrong place.

Hi everyone,

I tried to go to the seaside earlier but had to turn around before we go there as I had a seizure in car while my partner was driving us. Came home and came straight to bed and slept. Was then woken up about a hour into sleeping by a phone call from hospital asthma nurse following up after I was in hospital 2 weeks ago.

Still tired but better than I was before my nap. Going to have to take it easy yet again today though.

Well done for winning the battle with the taxi company Beckie.

Hope deliveries go ok Dawn. I to have had bad experiences with Yodel in the past. They didn't knock (I was in all day) and left a parcel in the driveway of where I was living at the time. I only saw it get delivered by chance as I was upstairs when th delivery person abandoned it there!

I have had my tesco delivery. I seem to be having the same delivery driver. Trouble is I don't like her as she has all the charm of a wet doormat. Though she was friendly today.

I just have the horrible task of putting everything away. I have done the fridge and freezer stuff plus the heavy bottles. Then I can have my doughnuts.

Yodel have been. They delivered to my flat ok. Just gotta open the parcel and try on the shoes.
