Hello all. I have a sore throat but it's getting better. I went out and it was windy and cold. The wind was bitter I needed gloves but didn't have any.

People who use RYL on their phone: how do you put up with it being tiny and not being able to see everything that you're writing unless you zoom and scroll and stuff?

If I am admitted to hospital I'd like to try and stay about here a bit but I hate coming on here on my phone. If I can't find a way around it I might just post in this thread on the odd occasion but I likely won't be able to reply to everyone who has posted in the thread.

It's not tiny for me Lindsay. It could be to do with my phone as I have a Samsung Galaxy s9 plus.

Ah. I think I'm just used to a huge laptop screen so it seems tiny to me.

iPhone 7. It's annoying trying to write long things here on my phone. An actual keyboard is easier than a touch screen I think.

I've not used an actual keyboard in ages so I'm more used to the phone now I think!

Have you tried turning your phone on its side?

I use it on a really old Samsung they don't even make any more. Sometimes it's faff me about but mostly it's ok. Suppose you just get used to it?

I got a sick note thankfully. Dr was like how do you know you were delusional- me I had a 6 year old following me called Alice that everyone ignored. Gp, ah yeah thats a bit odd. :-P

I mostly use RYL on my laptop too and find phone typing so irritating! I'm always typing a . instead of a space as well.

Appointment went ok but now I have more phone calls and a million other appointments to make. And I've been poked and prodded and had to drive too much today which has made everything more hurty. =(
