I don't know it's Indian Name Crimson , It's a Mixed vegetable Dahl, With whatever vegetable I could get in it with yellow split peas , It cooked for like 2 hours I think , It's nice from what I recall, I will eat it tomorrow with Cous Cous and a Naan bread . What does Makhani mean? I'm Vegetarian so if I'ts meat that's why I don't know it. You are welcome , It sounded like quite the task Crimson! I suck at cleaning :S Little and often or I get overwhelmed.
