Grr, that's rubbish when they're inconsistent. Hopefully they just haven't texted you but that sounds like a good system when it works though. I don't get a text so normally just leave it an extra day to make sure, unless I'm going to run out but at least I can see when the GP has processed it now so can use that to work out when it might be ready!

I've been a busy bee - been to the GP to sort out my free prescription stuff which they didn't send off a month ago, actually had a very nice and helpful receptionist. Went to the shop to buy supplies for the weekend, went to a different shop to buy my dad some special birthday beers and then even dropped off a parcel in one of those new royal mail drop off boxes.

Always feels good to be productive

I know, I nearly gave up and came home before doing it all though but the nice receptionist lady put me in a good "I can do it" sort of mood.

Washing my bedding now and sort of working intermittently on the kitchen but I'm not pushing myself too hard for the rest of the day now. I've still got tomorrow to clean the rest of the house.
