Urgh, early mornings are the worst Lillie!

Lunch. I am tired. 5 hours to go and then it's a five day weekend, starting with speak to no one Saturday!

I’m having a speak to no one (unless I absolutely have to) Friday.

After a while 10am would become too early as well!

I’m just on the bus on the way to my friend’s house. Working the whole weekend so will be another epic two and a half hours travel tomorrow :-(

The difference is I’m at work and should be nice and friendly to people!

No cos it’s about 35 miles away. My dad is picking me up on Sunday though so only have to do the trip one way.

Ive just had a tattoo done!

What tattoo did you get, Beckie?

She didn't come in the end because my sister was late home and the table was booked for 6:45pm, so they didn't have time to pop in. I don't really mind. I'm clean though and have eaten chicken curry. Just sat on my bed in my pyjamas, eating chocolate orange (sorry Beckie) and listening to music.

I got a star with like a galaxy inside it.
And the stars are done with UV ink so they glow under UV light!

How many do you have? Have you ever had scars tattooed ever? I think that’s the only time I’d get one but not sure whether there’s a limit on what they can tattoo over.

Personally my theory would be ‘what’s the worst that could happen?’ And I use it. However, as a health care worker.... ‘expiry dates are there for s reason. Meds May be more or less effective after their expiry date’ blah blah blah :-p

Well, it's in my diffuser and still smells nice. That's enough for me! Yes, "do not use after their expiry date etc blah." I chucked away a box of tablets that cost £10,000 when they went out of date a couple of weeks back. Mad.

This tattoo was over some scars.

Crazy. It’s like on the wards when we dispose of patients individuallly labelled medication....such a waste! Made me so cross.

It is a crazy amount of money when you think it's for 21 capsules, which is one cycle's worth, and people are often on it for life once they've been diagnosed with the condition. I know pharmaceutical companies have to get back their research costs etc, but it sill does not justify a price that high. They are raking it in at the expense of patients and the NHS. Makes me so cross!

Dressings are so, so expensive. A while ago I looked into how expensive it would be to buy some, rather than faffing about getting prescriptions etc. One box of 5 dressings was just under two hundred pounds.

I'm not sure yet, Emma. I'm worried I'll find it hard to sleep, so am currently avoiding it. I'm shattered though, so must get into my bed soon. Though I may wait until I feel sleepy and tired, rather than tired and not sleepy. If that makes sense to anyone?

I haven't, but I don't usually use those for sleep unless it's gone midnight when I need to take something. I've got zopiclone I could take or temazepam as something a little more heavy duty. So lots of tools at my disposal! I could actually set up a little pharmacy where I live, I think.

Sounds good! I think you should take something if it gets late and you’re still not sleepy. I’ve taken prn clonazepam as well as normal. I’m in bed. Contemplating zopiclone soon. I think o really need an early night. In bed at the moment with lights off but TV on. Work and sleep in tomorrow so I know o won’t sleep well.

I think I'll take something at 11pm if I'm not sleepy/asleep by then. Then I should sleep through.

Sleeping through sounds good :-). Nothing too exciting. Got law and order on at the moment but I’m also talking to a friend on text so it’s more background noise.
