I've been to asda. Have a house inspection today between 10:30 and 5:30 and going to spoons with my glow beatz friends this evening.
I want to find something to do in the day because i know I'll get bored!

I can fill lots of time with sociable cups of tea but that's not really possible when you live alone. Hmmm.

My brother may be taking me out for a drive later when his amazon parcels have arrived.

Is your brother good at keeping plants alive? Money trees are really good. No money grows on them though unfortunately.

I'm still struggling. There is going to be a SAMH (Scottish Association For Mental Health) drop in bus thing at the health centre today and I'm thinking of going to see if they know of any support or groups etc that I'm not aware of but I'm a bit anxious about going.

I am having an unexpected amazon delivery today. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday but it's coming today instead. Annoyingly my alexa didn't tell me nor did I receive any email. It's only that I checked tracking that I realised it was coming today. Fortunately I have nowhere to be today. I have put the recycling boxes out.

I am back from my drive. It has cheered me up
My brother is going to send over the digital copies of granddad's cds which I'm looking forward to :)

Not great. Today has become a rest day as I am exhausted. And have a hospital appointment at 8:30am tomorrow that I need to try and find the energy for.

I went to the health centre at 1.35pm and the SAMH bus wasn't even there! A waste of time and anxiety.

It was a cancellation that they offered me because I was at the top of the waiting list. Normally I would say no to an 8:30am appointment, especially with chronic fatigue, but it's an asthma one with a respiratory physio and admin person who rang said I would likely be waiting until end of March if I hadn't taken this one. Anything that might help with asthma control I will take. Going gto try and get an early night tonight.

I don't know the names of the plants he got, one was a cactus/succulent thing and the other looked a bit like a small spider plant?
