I have four main exercises to do for neurophysiotakes around fiv wor ten minutes. Still learning though so have to check the videos for technique which makes it take longer.

Plus some shoulder and neck stretches for an old injury.

His birthday is tomorrow but I'm not seeing him. My sister is coming round as usual and will take our offerings back to him. He's going out for drinks with friends tomorrow - much more fun than the in laws!

I am seeing my parents today tamobhuuta. Got a parcel going to an amazon locker on the way there, so fingers crossed that it will go there and not to my flat.

My postcard to Australia finally arrived today. It took me nearly 2 weeks to post it as due to the cyber attack on Royal Mail I wasn't allowed to post overseas for a while. Even now Royal Mail are experiencing delays because on Facebook someone posted that they received their parcel yesterday that had been sent in December!

I am not very good at explaining how to pronounce Welsh. But will give it boreh dah pow-bh is the nearest.

I used a locker once before. But this one I am using is a different one than what i used. Amazon tend to deliver late to me and my parents get really pissed off if they have to pick me up late hence why I opted for a locker. I am passing it anyway so it's not like they have to make a detour.

I expect we'll just chat and drink coffee :)

Do you need to get different things from different shops, Beckie? I'm planning on starting to go to Aldi first and if they don't have what I need I'll go to Tesco. Although I have put in for a delivery from Asda to arrive tomorrow.

I'm just doing my usual. Managed to do everything on my to do list so will be online for a bit and also try to do some reading and watch a bit of catch up TV.

I am watching the very first episode of Neighbours.

Asda didn't have any romaine lettuce so needed to go to aldi for that. And also they didn't have my protein yogurt in asda and aldi have a good protein range. Though they still don't have the chocolate mousse, which is disappointing.
And poundland have my coffee sachets for 20p less than asda!
I was considering getting a tesco delivery when I get paid next week but I'm not sure if I'll be able to afford it.

Tbh, there isn't really much of a price difference between asda and aldi anymore. My yogurts would actually be cheaper in asda because they are 4 for £3 but there weren't any left.

I just bought a pet cool pad and some chews for the boys.
When it was really cold, the pet heat pads shot up in price and you couldn't get them anywhere. So decided to be ahead of the game for the summer! I need to buy another one, because they say for boys to have 2 of everything to prevent arguments. And they have to be specific cool pads in case they chew them.
Also ordered some new chew tubes, but they won't come for about a month for some reason.

Good for you being ahead of the game. I bought Crookshanks a cool pad but he didn't use it. You're treating your boys to everything they need, they're lucky to have you.

I had 3 bags of shopping today. 2½ of the bags were veggies and herbs XD

I watched Neighbours when it was on the BBC and Channel 5. They have iconic episodes on amazon and when Neighbours returns l shall be watching it.

It's a pity you don't know the actors Lindsay. My signature picture is of the 1970 film version. I have all 3 versions of the Railway Children on dvd that Jenny Agutter star in.

I had a great time playing board games at my friend's house and interacting with their baby (8 months old). I came second in our game. One friend ran away with first but second third and fourth were within three points of each other.

Alas when we got home and I got out of the car someone nearby had a fire outdoors and the smoke caused me to have a minor asthma attack. (Despite having my buff over my mouth and nose). My asthma is still playing up a bit now, getting a little short of breath whenever I have to get up to go to bathroom or if I talk a lot. I will be alright eventually but it sucks, might have to sleep propped up tonight.

I'm glad you had a good time. Congrats on second!

That's a shame. I don't have asthma but I've seen people have attacks and it looks dreadful!

It was a really lovely afternoon. Don't get to spend much time with our friends R and G as their baby keeps them busy most of the time! Awesome to catch up and keep in touch as well as play a game.

Asthma attacks 0/10 would not recommend!

I am just hoping I can get to sleep tonight as my FND doesn't play well with not enough sleep. But it is hard to sleep when my asthma is flaring.

Probably not as bad as yours because there doesn't seem to be a reason for it, but not being able to sleep sucks! Especially when you're constantly exhausted.

I'm not really up to anything. Just watching scrubs.

Chronic fatigue sucks. Not sleeping sucks , doesn't have to be a reason for it to suck. And not sleeping can be a thing with mental health issues in general. Like being agitated or thoughts or voices keeping you awake.

In general my sleep is getting better since I started.getting natural light each morning. Most days I get to sleep quicker than I used to, half an hour or an hour to drift off rather than the 1 and a half to 2 hours, which was my norm for months.

They did the challenge back in 2017 but it's still fun to watch now.

Scrubs is a quality show and very rewatchable.

That's true.
I've mentioned it to many professionals in the last few weeks (along with the loss of interest in food) but no one seems to have any comments or advice about it *shrug*

What have you been up to, Beckie? Bedding change day? I've done mine. Was surprisingly easier to get the duvet in the sheet today. I got up at a time I wasn't happy with because I had loads of housework to do and an Asda delivery coming but I've managed to do all the housework and am just waiting for the Asda delivery. I got an Amazon delivery with someone else's name on it and my address. I don't know who the person is.

I've taken off old bedding but haven't put new ones on yet.
Need to clean out boys and clean the house. But the boys are napping currently so I can't disturb them!

I've cleaned upstairs. It took forever because my brain decided to do the thing where EVERY SINGLE SPOT MUST GO!!!! So i spent about 30 mins just cleaning the blinds in my bedroom....
Gonna crack on with downstairs once the boys fleece pads are out of the wash, as there will inevitably be excess hay when I take the pet bag out.

I woke up early to call the GP surgery. First few times after 8:30 I called I got the surgery is closed message. And now I dial and it ends up disconnecting me, probably because too many people are trying to ring. It's super frustrating!

That's always frustrating!
You just need to keep ringing the second it disconnects. That's the case around here anyway!
People at the other surgery literally call hundreds of times before getting through!
Luckily, my surgery seems better!
I've also heard that they sometimes keep appointments open for those calling from 111? So maybe give 111 a try?

I'm worried about many things.
But I have work so I'll have to pull it together!
