Deborrah 01-10-2017 03:46 PM

I hope you feel better Lorraine!

Sketchy 01-10-2017 03:47 PM

Thanks guys.

What doctor who are you watching?

Cacoethes 01-10-2017 04:10 PM

The David Tennant ones.
He's my favourite!

Sketchy 01-10-2017 04:14 PM

They are good ones.

Cacoethes 01-10-2017 04:27 PM

They are indeed!
Its been ages since I've watched them

Sketchy 01-10-2017 04:32 PM

I like the ones with the cybermen.

I’ve brought my sewing along, I might do some.

Cacoethes 01-10-2017 04:38 PM

The cybermen are cool
I like the daleks!

Sounds like a good plan!

Deborrah 01-10-2017 04:44 PM

My favorites were the 4th doctor, 10th and 11th. :)
What will you be sewing Lorraine?

Cacoethes 01-10-2017 04:46 PM

10 and 11 are my favourites.
I really didn't like Christopher Eccleson though!

Sketchy 01-10-2017 04:51 PM

I like them all, including the classics.

I’m sewing little drawstring bags, similar to the one I made in the picture board.

Cpt_Stunning 01-10-2017 04:55 PM

You can post me one Lorraine, Buttons has got my address but she hasn't posted me anything yet.

Sketchy 01-10-2017 04:59 PM

Will do. I’ll try find fabric that isn’t so girly.

Cpt_Stunning 01-10-2017 05:01 PM

Thanks, it's Chris in Room 7, 203 Outland Road, Plymouth PL2 3PF.

Cpt_Stunning 01-10-2017 05:03 PM

Only joking mostly, but it would be nice if you can.

Cacoethes 01-10-2017 05:04 PM

Your bags are so cute Lorraine!

Sketchy 01-10-2017 05:04 PM

Thanks Chris. I’ll take note of your address, but if I were you I’d delete that post, because this is a public board. It will probably be finished in over a week, because I need to get more fabric which I’m planning on doing during the week.

Sketchy 01-10-2017 05:17 PM

What’s everyone having for dinner tonight?

My sister is making pasta bake later. Yum.

Cpt_Stunning 01-10-2017 05:19 PM

I don't mind giving out my address to be honest, It's OK, dunno if it's allowed on this site. I won't delete it, I've got more worrying things to think about than giving my address out.

Sketchy 01-10-2017 05:20 PM

Fair enough.

Cacoethes 01-10-2017 05:21 PM

I'm not sure what to have for dinner.
Probably something quick and easy because I am tired!

Pasta bake is yummy!
I used to make a slimming world tuna pasta bake which was really good.
I should make it again. It doesn't really require much effort!

Sketchy 01-10-2017 05:22 PM

You should definitely make it. Yum. I love a pasta bake.

Cacoethes 01-10-2017 05:26 PM

I'll get the ingredients tomorrow!
All shops closed at 4.
Think i might have soup tonight

Sketchy 01-10-2017 05:30 PM

Sounds like a good plan.
Soup is always good. I’m looking forward to pasta bake. Already hungry. Sister is making it just now.

Cpt_Stunning 01-10-2017 05:30 PM

I've been coming home every evening expecting something from Buttons, still nothing, I don't want a Onesie, just something, you've both got my address now, so I expect at least something in the post when I come home from work, have a word with her.

Sketchy 01-10-2017 05:31 PM

Hahah jeez so demanding!

Cacoethes 01-10-2017 05:38 PM

I'm gonna make my soup after this episode.
Its a dalek one.
I like the daleks

Sketchy 01-10-2017 05:39 PM

I like the daleks too. I have a model dalek in my flat.

Cpt_Stunning 01-10-2017 05:40 PM

I'm not demanding, but I would like a Christmas card from you & Katy.

Sketchy 01-10-2017 05:41 PM

I can manage a Christmas card. That’s a scary thought that it will be Christmas time soon.

Cpt_Stunning 01-10-2017 05:42 PM

-----

Cacoethes 01-10-2017 05:43 PM

I'm not a huge fan of Christmas.
Although last Christmas was rather nice!

Sketchy 01-10-2017 05:43 PM

I knew someone who used to say that too. Classy!

Sketchy 01-10-2017 05:44 PM

I dread Christmas. It’s a hard time of year for me, but hopefully this year will be better.

Cacoethes 01-10-2017 05:47 PM

Hopefully <3

Where do you usually spend Christmas?

Sketchy 01-10-2017 05:49 PM

At my Dad’s. With my sister and sometimes my uncle. It’s just so hard without mum and her birthday was Christmas Day.

Cacoethes 01-10-2017 05:58 PM

I can see why Christmas is hard for you
*hugs*

Sketchy 01-10-2017 05:59 PM

Thanks. What do you do for Christmas?

Cacoethes 01-10-2017 06:03 PM

I spend it with my family.
Jasmine is old enough to understand it all now so its nice watching her get all excited and putting a carrot out for Rudolph and all that!
I also have a mini Christmas with chels where we go to the Norwich Christmas market and then make our own full Christmas dinner and play board games and watch festive films!
Its also my brothers birthday on Christmas day.

Sketchy 01-10-2017 06:06 PM

That sounds like lots of fun. It must be exciting now Jasmine is old enough to understand.

My birthday is the week before Christmas.

Cacoethes 01-10-2017 06:09 PM

It is!
Although waking up at 5am to an excited Jasmine isn't so much fun :p

Do you get fed up with it being so close to Christmas? I've heard some people say that they feel kind of overshadowed by Christmas!

My birthday is the week before Christmas.

My Birthday is in August, been & gone, 43, had a nice steak & chips with my parents.

Sketchy 01-10-2017 06:19 PM

I do feel overwhelmed by it all. Christmas does seem to overshadow everything.

That sounds nice Chris. Nice way to spend a birthday.

Cacoethes 01-10-2017 06:27 PM

I think Christmas is way too big now.

Its my birthday in 8 days.

Sketchy 01-10-2017 06:28 PM

Not long now. You got anything nice planned?

Cacoethes 01-10-2017 06:32 PM

I'll be at college on my actual birthday so I think i might treat myself to a McDonald's for lunch because it's just over the road from college.
Haven't had a McDonald's in years!
And me and chels are going to do something too but not sure what yet.
Not sure about any family plans.

Sketchy 01-10-2017 06:36 PM

McDonald’s is a good treat. I hope you and chels have fun.

Cacoethes 01-10-2017 06:38 PM

Thanks :)

What's everyone got planned for the week?

Deborrah 01-10-2017 06:43 PM

My mother's birthday is also in 8 days!
This week I will relax and write some pen-pal letters. What about yourself?

Sketchy 01-10-2017 06:46 PM

I’m going into town at some point during the week for fabric and the foo fighters album. I’m also going to see hamlet on Thursday. It’s the one with benedict cumberbatch, it’s being shown in a cinema.

Cacoethes 01-10-2017 06:47 PM

I've got college and chels is coming over as well.
And various appointments and stuff!

That sounds brilliant Lorraine!
<3 Benedict cumberbatch
