Cacoethes 05-11-2019 04:31 PM

That's going to be tricky!

Yeah bender is awesome!

tamobhuuta 05-11-2019 04:59 PM

I've never seen that

Cacoethes 05-11-2019 05:25 PM

It's good tamo!

My ipad had to go on charge :(

tamobhuuta 05-11-2019 05:34 PM

That's a shame.

I had a nice time with my godmother, and now I'm having tea with Dad, my sister and brother. I've got the armchair next to the fire and have a giant teddy.

Cacoethes 05-11-2019 05:53 PM

Sounds lovely tamo!

nonperson 05-11-2019 06:02 PM

Does it take long to charge?

Tamo, that sounds so cosy.

Cacoethes 05-11-2019 06:08 PM

I don't think so

Parts of my leg keep going numb and google says I have MS

tamobhuuta 05-11-2019 06:11 PM

I'm not sure Google can be trusted!

Cacoethes 05-11-2019 06:13 PM

Good old Dr. Google!

chinahorse 05-11-2019 06:24 PM

Dr Google is a quack.

Bertie just burped fishyness in my face.

tamobhuuta 05-11-2019 06:27 PM

Ewwwwwwww

chinahorse 05-11-2019 06:28 PM

Cats are charming.

Cacoethes 05-11-2019 06:29 PM

Nice!

one_step_closer 05-11-2019 06:50 PM

Better breath than wind from his bum though!

chinahorse 05-11-2019 06:52 PM

Lol. Very true.

one_step_closer 05-11-2019 06:52 PM

How is everyones evening going?

chinahorse 05-11-2019 07:00 PM

Boring. And I want to do some crochet but am scared to look at the state of it as mum said it was a bit mangled by bertie.

How's your evening?

Cacoethes 05-11-2019 07:02 PM

I have my iPad back and watching star wars

Hopefully it can be salvaged Lillie!
Is salvaged the right word? It sounds weird

chinahorse 05-11-2019 07:13 PM

A film?

And yes! That is the right word and thankfully it's not too bad.

Cacoethes 05-11-2019 07:16 PM

Yep!

Ah that's good then

tamobhuuta 05-11-2019 07:26 PM

I might watch Friends, that's enough excitement for me.

chinahorse 05-11-2019 07:30 PM

Are ypu watching them in order tamo?

not_so_insig 05-11-2019 07:34 PM

Fireworks are going off nearby. It's scaring me so much that I am thinking of taking prn as my nerves are on edge. Fortunately my kitties aren't scared this year. I had a cat that was scared of fireworks but I lost her earlier this year. I doubt that where she lives on the bookcase she will get scared tonight.

tamobhuuta 05-11-2019 07:46 PM

I just watch whichever episodes are on the telly.

chinahorse 05-11-2019 08:03 PM

Prn sounds like a good plan Dawn.

My kitty was scared of fireworks but over the course of the week has learnt they don't hurt him and he actually runs to the window to look at them!

Ah I see tamo. Didnt think it was on tv anymore!

tamobhuuta 05-11-2019 08:04 PM

Every day on comedy central except between 4 and 5 when it's on channel five.

nonperson 05-11-2019 08:09 PM

Good news everybody - I have finally caught and returned my neighbour's cat! It's kind of sad though. =(

Lillie, Bertie must one of the few truly brave cats not to be scared of fireworks.

tamobhuuta 05-11-2019 08:10 PM

Our cat doesn't mind the noise either.

nonperson 05-11-2019 08:28 PM

I don't have that many fireworks or noise in general around me but I think mine would be scared of them! He's scared of most things.

chinahorse 05-11-2019 08:36 PM

Aww np, bet you got used to having him around.

nonperson 05-11-2019 08:45 PM

I did. It was nice having two cats for a while. Geordi will really miss him, I think. He's about a year younger than the neighbour's cat so they kinda grew up together.

nonperson 05-11-2019 09:08 PM

In Asda carpark now and have left my earphones at home, argh! >.<

chinahorse 05-11-2019 10:06 PM

Aww bless hI'm. Would you ever get a second cat?

Oh no! Maybe asda sells them?

nonperson 05-11-2019 10:27 PM

I have thought about it quite a lot. After Geordi I got two other cats but he's outlived them both though so I think I'm cursed when it comes to second cats... =(

Survived without earphones, phew.

Cacoethes 05-11-2019 10:29 PM

Think the fireworks have finally stopped!
The rain might have something to do with it

nonperson 05-11-2019 10:32 PM

Rain didn't stop my local fireworks on Saturday.

I think I can still hear some... but it might just be a plane. o.O

nonperson 05-11-2019 10:39 PM

Which Star Wars did you watch earlier, Beckie?

Cacoethes 05-11-2019 10:41 PM

I watched empire strikes back

nonperson 05-11-2019 10:51 PM

Ah, I'm just catching the end of A New Hope.

Cacoethes 05-11-2019 10:53 PM

I love all the star wars movies tbh

Back to futurama now!

nonperson 05-11-2019 10:55 PM

Even Solo? =P People seem to slag that one off but I kinda liked it!

Actually started watching The Last Jedi for the second time but fell asleep before the end again. I will finish it one day...

chinahorse 05-11-2019 11:28 PM

I've only ever seen 1 star wars film.

nonperson 05-11-2019 11:31 PM

Which one?

I'm cold... and wondering if it's too late for dinner.

nonperson 05-11-2019 11:43 PM

Also, just got brought the best gift ever by the cat - a flea ridden rat. *double thumbs up*

chinahorse 06-11-2019 12:15 AM

I have no idea. It had queen amidala (so? ) in it and she pretended to be a maid and jarjar binks and came out about 20 years ago. Can you tell I haven't watched it sinice then?!

Ewwwwwee

nonperson 06-11-2019 12:23 AM

Sounds like it was The Phantom Menace. Google tells me it was exactly 20 years ago when that came out... Now I feel old.

Yeeees, very ewww.

chinahorse 06-11-2019 12:41 AM

Sounds about right. My brother definitely had a red and black painted face at some point.

I really need to go to bed. Cos I have to be alive and awake and dressed by half 9 tomorrow for a house inspection. Blerghhhj

nonperson 06-11-2019 12:45 AM

Everyone was doing Queen Amidala's lipstick too at one point.

Eek, house inspection. At least it will be out of the way fairly early in the day!

I should go to bed too......

chinahorse 06-11-2019 12:53 AM

I've never had one that hasn't been when I was moving out so I've no idea what to expect. But considering how filthy the place was when I moved in I think any level of cleanliness would be an improvement. And I haven't like set fire to the place or let mould grow on the walls so I'm presuming it'll be fine.

Is it reasonable to sleep in a hoody? I've taken mine off and got into bed but it's so so cold!

chinahorse 06-11-2019 12:54 AM

Also is it hoody or hoodie?
