Sell by dates are a guide lovey, at work we literally re-date our fresh produce until they go off so go by look and smell.

Im probably over reacting but it doesn't justify them doing something that causes me pain without at least asking me first. The whole nhs is ****ing **** though, they are designed to make things difficult for me. I seriously wish somewhere would accept me for private cover but they wont.
