I can't find my glasses. I have looked everywhere i think they can be. I am blind as a bat without them. Fortunately I have a spare pair so am wearing them. But they feel uncomfortable. Where the devil could they be?!

I had an assessment with the complex needs service.
He was very confused about pretty much everything I said. Like he was genuinely surprised about my answers to questions. It was quite amusing!

I have eventually found my glasses. But not until about 6 pm. Found a really cheesy cd in the process plus some Christmas cards.

I've been getting so bored during the day

Then we could go on adventures!
I would go on an adventure alone but I am broke lol!
London st Pancras is only 40 mins away by train so I could go on a London adventure!

A London adventure might be good. I have nothing near me where I can have an adventure, or people to have an adventure with. Adventures are confusing with where people can go because of COVID anyway. Scottish rules are different I think. Maybe just another walk for you today?

My Morocco ticket was cancelled because of covid. That would have been an adventure!

Have you got any plans for the day?

I'm supposed to be doing housework and replying to a pen pal letter but my mind won't let me. I managed to get out to buy cat bowls because I dropped one in the sink and it chipped. I usually go for a walk in the afternoon but I've not been able to for a while now.

Is it motivation you're struggling with?

I don't really know, everything just seems too much, too hard, on top of trying to cope with my MH stuff.

I get that. Sometimes just existing feels too difficult and exhausting.

Boring! I have been out for a walk but even that was boring! Done some housework. Trying not to impulse buy plants and more clothes! (Accidentally ordered some clothes yesterday!)
I'd probably kill the plants almost immediately anyway! I'm no good at stuff like that!

I hear London is a good place to go adventuring at the moment because there aren't many (or any?) foreign tourists.

Plants are an investment but don't have to be expensive.

What about stuff on YouTube? Like exercise classes or learning a language or... I have no idea what else is on there but there has to be something that would catch your interest.
