I got my requested copy of the medical report from the DWP today to find out why they put me in the LCWRA group without afight. So I am working on deciphering that... ALso managed to walk to the post box (3 mile away) to post some PIP stuff WITHOUT having a panic attack!!!



ALso waiting for a GP phone appointment that I booked about 3 weeks ago and cant rememebr why I booked it...

Hi everyone. Busy day all round. I went with my mum and sister to a little village to have a walk round and coffee.

GP appointment complete, I totally feel like I wasted his time as i can't remember what the appointment was for :laugh: I really need to fix my stupid memory... and before anyone suggests writing stuff down... I have 3 white boards, post-it notes all over, alarms on my phone and a diary already :plain:

annoying isn't it? I seem to do it with any and all professionals... sometimes i think I need to carry a dictaphone with me at all times and then just send them the files rather than having appointments/meetings :laugh:

oh it's never fun when the brain and body disagree about tiredness levels... when brain says zzzzzz and body says zoom I tend to go for a long run, not so much an option for you though I'd guess. erm... music and a solo disco dance session? Or, just lay down and hope the body gets on board

I could run up and down the corridor but I think I'd probably end up knocking people over! It's a very small ward!
It's supper soon so I'll have a hot chocolate then my meds and I should be able to sleep!

Will you be doing all the good things and keeping yourself safe? This is a chance to get back to doing the things you enjoyed before and maybe adding some new things too. Waiting on discharge to be sorted is one of the worst parts of being in hospital, I'm always like just hurry up and let me go!

I'm in a small town but since lockdown, a lot more restaurants have decided to go on the delivery apps. And I guess ubereats have only just aquired enough restaurants to be worth delivering here!
