Cacoethes 13-11-2020 11:55 AM

Exactly.
I have to go to the cmht. Same place I have my depot.

Oh lindsay I'm so sorry. I really wish I could do something to help

tamobhuuta 13-11-2020 12:03 PM

Hugs osc

I've got a call with gp today but i don't know when.

Cacoethes 13-11-2020 12:14 PM

I hate phone calls when you don't know when it's going to be!
Hopefully you won't be waiting too long

not_so_insig 13-11-2020 01:18 PM

The Yorkshire Ripper is dead.

Cacoethes 13-11-2020 01:22 PM

Yes I heard about that this morning

one_step_closer 13-11-2020 02:18 PM

At least the travel time means you don't have to wait at home till 2pm.

I hope your GP phones soon Tamo.

I knew he had covid but I didn't know he had died.

The Worst Witch 13-11-2020 02:22 PM

Afternoon people.

I'm grumpy today. I'm wearing my 'who are you calling grumpy' pjs to match the occasion.

tamobhuuta 13-11-2020 03:15 PM

The GP phoned, he wants me to go in for a face to face.

one_step_closer 13-11-2020 03:24 PM

Pjs matching mood

Did you get another appointment to see the GP then Tamo?

tamobhuuta 13-11-2020 04:22 PM

No we didn't set a date.

Cacoethes 13-11-2020 04:42 PM

Love the matching PJ idea Alison!

Glad your GP phoned tamo
How do you feel about a face to face appointment?

I am back

The Worst Witch 13-11-2020 04:47 PM

How dod your psych appt go?

Cacoethes 13-11-2020 05:00 PM

Not horrific.
Got extra meds and under crisis which I'm not too pleased about but it's better than hospital!

not_so_insig 13-11-2020 05:53 PM

Hopefully you will avoid hospital Beckie.

Cacoethes 13-11-2020 05:56 PM

Thanks Dawn. I really hope so!

How's your day been?

not_so_insig 13-11-2020 06:00 PM

Not too bad thanks. Woke up at 8 am. Not looking forward to getting up early tomorrow.

Cacoethes 13-11-2020 06:04 PM

That's early!
I hope you manage to get up on time. Early starts are not fun

one_step_closer 13-11-2020 06:22 PM

That's strange wanting to meet face to face and then not making an appointment to do that.

Keep up the good work Beckie, hopefully the extra support etc will help to level things off.

I've to get up early tomorrow too to take Church to the vet.

What are you all doing with your evening?

Cacoethes 13-11-2020 06:42 PM

Thanks lindsay

I hope Church is ok!

I'm not doing much. Just watching TV

not_so_insig 13-11-2020 06:56 PM

Trying to sleep is my evening. I have taken some tea that's supposed to promote sleep.

Cacoethes 13-11-2020 07:46 PM

Hope it works Dawn

tamobhuuta 13-11-2020 09:01 PM

This is me trying to fix my phone!

Cacoethes 13-11-2020 09:07 PM

How did you break it tamo?!

yoyogirl 13-11-2020 09:37 PM

Why can’t people have t just their ways to feel with stuff. I mean the issues I have x don’t inferre wit any other problem
And this is just geared to mindfullness nonsense and distraction techniques. When then these things would of been thought of ages ago. Lille I thought about mindfullness when my depression and anxiety was very mild it’s not something I choose to you to do today. It’s like putting a band aid a fractured skull and hoping tomorrow it will be cured.

one_step_closer 14-11-2020 09:52 AM

Cacoethes 14-11-2020 10:13 AM

I'm tired because I slept dreadfully.

Yoyo, I wonder if you'd benefit from making a Ranting/Venting thread? You seem to be posting an awful lot of seemingly random/indecipherable stuff in unsuitable threads where it's just confusing everyone. Just a thought... Hope you're ok.

nonperson 14-11-2020 10:34 AM

Morning everyone. <3

I'm tired. Woke up at 6am and didn't get back to sleep.

Oh and I watched Taskmaster last night, Beckie! Last week's one that is, I'm still a week behind.

Cacoethes 14-11-2020 11:07 AM

Morning np!

I woke up at about 4am so I feel your pain!

Yaaay! What did you think?
I still need to watch Thursdays one

not_so_insig 14-11-2020 12:07 PM

I have been awake since 6 am because I have been for my flu jab. The appointment time was 8.40 am. Barely in the doctors. I had to go via the park so heard the local clock striking before and after my appointment.

one_step_closer 14-11-2020 12:14 PM

I was awake early too, didn't need my sunrise alarm clock to get me up. The vet has given me a couple more meds for Church. I'm anxious about sorting out a routine for them and one of them is a powder which I'm going to try making into a paste and mixing with tuna. I hope he takes everything fine.

nonperson 14-11-2020 12:16 PM

Just done some epic washing up. *collapse*

Morning Dawn. Glad you managed to wake up in time and that they didn't keep you hanging around. I have a new chiming clock near my house that I heard go off at 8am earlier.

Not sure if my doctors will ever contact me for a flu jab. The news is gloating about about how they're rolling out the flu jab to as many people as possible, especially those who need it most. Doesn't look like that from where I'm sitting!

Beckie, I also woke up at 4:30 for a wee. ;-)

I liked the episode but not sure if I was entirely in the mood as it didn't make me laugh very much. Wasn't really sure what was going on with the bag task... The water balloon one was disappointing but I liked the locker task and really felt for Johnny in that one! And I spent most of the show bemused by Mawaan's hat but I did enjoy his cheeky face a lot. =P

nonperson 14-11-2020 12:18 PM

Hey Lindsay. Medication routines for pets is stressful. =/ How about mixing the powder into one of these - https://www.petsathome.com/shop/en/p...icken-and-zinc That's what I mix medication into.

The Worst Witch 14-11-2020 12:29 PM

Morning everyone

I’m tired, only woke up 10 mins ago. Have stuff to do today but I really cba.

nonperson 14-11-2020 01:07 PM

Afternoon Alison. Does it need doing today or can you chill for a bit first?

The Worst Witch 14-11-2020 01:11 PM

Waiting on T texting me to tell me she’s ready so having a cuppa first.

How are you np? Up to much today yourself?

nonperson 14-11-2020 03:53 PM

Cuppa first is always a good start.

I'm not too sure how I am today to be honest. Nevermind. Not up to much, watching Strictly now and will do a food shop later.

one_step_closer 14-11-2020 04:46 PM

Are you meaning lik e lix NP? The website put me in a 45 minute queue. Lik e lix would be a good idea, hopefully I can get some in Tesco tomorrow.

It's getting dark already.

yoyogirl 14-11-2020 04:53 PM

Listening to music love love trap, hiphop etc

tamobhuuta 14-11-2020 05:30 PM

Hi all, how are you? I am ok, but full of sugar due to cake.

nonperson 14-11-2020 05:33 PM

Lindsay, yes it was a link to Lick e Lix! My local Tesco usually has them.

What cake did you have, Tamo?

tamobhuuta 14-11-2020 05:43 PM

Red velvet :)

not_so_insig 14-11-2020 05:57 PM

Sounds good tamobhuuta.

I hope your new clock didn't wake you up too early nonperson. Is it an old clock that has recently been refurbished?

nonperson 14-11-2020 05:59 PM

Ooooooh that is a good cake!

nonperson 14-11-2020 06:01 PM

I think it was built in the 70s with the building and hasn't worked in the 8 years I've been here until it was refurbished. It has taken a bit of getting used to but I quite like it now. It's not too loud with the windows closed.

Cacoethes 14-11-2020 06:57 PM

Hey guys

not_so_insig 14-11-2020 06:58 PM

Ah sounds very similar to my clock. The building it is attached to was built in the 1920s by local miners and the clock was used to get the miners up. It stopped working in 2007 but it was refurbished and has been chiming since May 2019. Fortunately I can't hear it in my flat but can hear it outside. Which is a good thing because it strikes every quarter of an hour from 6 am to 10 pm.

not_so_insig 14-11-2020 06:59 PM

Hello Beckie what you been up to today?

Cacoethes 14-11-2020 07:00 PM

Mainly Mario Kart with Jasmine. And played hairdressers for a while!
Have you been up to much today Dawn?
