I am watching 1900 Island.

What's that about?

It's a BBC Wales programme about 3 families who go and live back in time (specifically 1900). They have to fish on a boat of the time and survive on an Welsh island. The beginning should be on iplayer.

I think there was a similar show on a few years ago

It's brand new as it's on a Welsh island with mostly Welsh people. Also it was shown on BBC Wales only.

I had a craving for scrambled egg so I made some. It's something that I have only made once before so am proud that I managed to do it. Was yummy.

I just left the crisis review as it was last night because I didn't feel able to phone them to rearrange. They're really busy anyway. Plus it was that worker's last shift and she said she wanted to end it with a visit to me. So sweet.

I tried a lozenge but that means swallowing more often and it's swallowing that is the most painful part.
