Are gingerbread latte's good? I like gingerbread but I don't like lattes. I like some flavoured hot chocolate though and sometimes I put like seven granules of coffee in my hot chocolate

And that is amazing I would love to see that bus driver, I haven't seen much christmas stuff around yet apart from this light up dog with a hat at the end of our road

I have been swimming. Unfortunately the Jacuzzi was closed so I didn't do many lengths because I didn't want muscle stiffness tomorrow. I find that the Jacuzzi helps with muscle stiffness.

I had a text from my friend. Unfortunately she is very unwell and in a lot of discomfort.

Peopling can be very tiring!

They really can be. I saw my CC, which was tough going and now I feel a bit raw. Then I met a friend for coffee, which was really nice, but a lot and the MH physio from the hospital was in the cafe and she hugged me and raaaaaar. And work have asked me to cover lunches tomorrow, which is only two hours and means my colleagues can eat, but I'm still not over the awful day on Tuesday. :( So now I am sat on the sofa trying to to cry. :P

That is a lot to deal with in one day!
Early night perhaps?

I'm hoping for one! Need to move and get some dinner first. Have left over pizza though, so it's not all bad. :)
