Why am I awake?

I was having that same thought at 3:30 this morning...

Me 3 at various points in the night.

Me 4 at 4 am tonight. Why insomnia? (Although admittedly I'm jet lagged, but I've managed to sleep at quasi-normal hours so far!)

They are wall lights, so the process involved unwiring the existing ones and taking them down, wiring in the new ones and screwing them to the wall. It's all done now and it looks a lot better.

I'm OK. Tired, I think. And a bit nervous about a medication review on Monday. It's a mandatory one with the pharmacist employed by my GP surgery and they wont let me have my next lot of meds without it. It's a bit of a waste of 20 minutes really, given that I work in a pharmacy (with one pharmacist who's got a post graduate diploma in psychiatric meds) and have a routine review with my psychiatrist on Novemeber 7th. And all of my meds are psychiatric. :wow:

I've had a quasi-productive day. Sorted through my mom's books in my grandma's house, and I now have a pile of them I'm gonna have delivered to my place and a much larger pile I will be donating.

Glad to hear the lights got sorted Eska. Did you recently move to a new place? I think I remember you saying something about that before.

Ah, Aubergine, medication reviews are a bit futile if nothing significant has changed. Let alone if you could've just discussed it with your psych and/or your colleague! I hope it goes smoothly on Monday.

Ok. We took the dogs to a beach and let them run crazy which was fun. Then they kept shaking on us lol. We then had lunch which awful and thankfully now home in track bottoms under a blanket.

Eska, I am familiar with the stress of moving. I'm planning to move too in the next few months hopefully and I'm dreading the technicalities.

Lillie, dogs on the beach sounds fun! The only reason I'm being is proactive is that the wall lights looked nasty and gave weird shadows and the ceiling lights are ridiculous and don't give much light despite having nine bulbs each. Plus I kind of enjoy the whole process of picking stuff out and making a room feel right.

My excuse is that even stood on a chair or the bed Im about 2 ft too short to read my bedroom one. And my living room ones are recessed into the ceiling.

I have been nesting hardcore over the past few months in anticipation of moving in here, so now we're actually in I'm doing all the things!

I've been putting off changing the lightbulb in the bathroom for months now, going to the shop to pick the right one seems exhausting.

Thank you. We're having a nice evening; I don't get to see my dad very often, so it's good to catch up. I only made salad, and our neighbour popped in and gave us some meat loaf so we're having some of that.

I've been talking to my girlfriend about watching all the HP movies with Sunday dinner until Christmas. I like Deathly Hallows pt 1 more than pt 2 Lillie, but I've only seen them once I think.

I'm terrible at concentrating on reading or watching a film! Have considered buying a film at a time and watching them in chunks. Might have to do it! Only so I don't feel left out in this thread, mind... ;)

I can relate to not being able to concentrate. I haven't really seen too many films because of this. I often struggle with reading as well which sucks because reading is one of my favourite things(I'm a textbook Ravenclaw XD)
