I didn't go out at all yesterday. Spent most of the day laying in bed staring at the wall. Because that's really helpful :eyeroll:

No, not helpful but sometimes feels like the only thing to do.

It does sound cliche but the fresh air does help. I know if I've cooped myself up in the house for a few days it does help just to sit on the doorstep for a bit.

I'm ok. Apart from the staff not knowing that the doctor said i need to go to a&e and apparently being unwilling to ask.

i've decided i hate weekdays... weekends are ok as i'm not on my own but weekdays I am on my own for 9 hours and as i cant seem to leave the house alone i'm starting to feel very trapped, and the job centre is just stressing me out which isn't helping

Starting clozapine again today at the start dose again. Fun times

Thats good about the Clozapine but such a pain to keep stop/starting.
