I haven't got much on.
Need to pick up meds and go to aldi. See cpn, who has just informed me he is busy with something and will be late, so between 10:45 and 12 apparently. I said i didn't really need to see him, and he said he has something important to talk to me about. So that's not anxiety provoking at all!
Then i have krav maga again tonight

I hate waiting for people. Hope it goes ok. Have you got something to distract yourself with in the meantime?

Thanks for good wishes courtesy of you and your postie Lindsay! :D I've had a GP appointment, got therapy shortly (which I'm nervous about today) and then got to work until this afternoon and then go to the piercing shop for advice, then meet my mentor. So a bit of a full on day! How about you?

My appointment was fine.
Nothing major

They seem to think we have no lives and nothing to do!
Like when the carers used to get annoyed that they were 2 hours late and i had to go to work so wasn't there :eyeroll:

Dad came first, he brought me proper tea. Then R was early :) he heard my Confession, he did anointing of the sick, some prayers against the Devil etc and gave me Communion. Then we chatted. He's so kind.

All of my feet are usually freezing so wouldn't need just thermal toes!

I have had a bit of a wasted day. Woke up late but at a reasonable time of 9:30am, got up went to the bathroom, got dizzy and almost had a seizure but managed to make it back to bed, and because I felt rubbish went back to sleep until 1:30pm.

The highlight of my day was fruit toast when I woke up the second time.

The day hasn't improved but it's not the end of the world.
Probably going to go to bed early. Findus has an appointment at the vet early tomorrow morning. I hope it's a lot less serious than my head in overdrive is making it seem….
Also, i approve of warm socks!!! Cold feet is rubbish!!!!

My mum visited me after dinner and brought me chai latte and a gingerbread muffin. And I've been socialising but the new guy is causing trouble.

There's a new guy on the ward, he's so full of bull. I get that he's unwell but that doesn't mean he has to be an arrogant ****.

Some people are just d*cks, mental illness or not!

It's like suddenly the conversation is all about him.

Ugh. Hate those people.
Had one of those in my last hospital.
I just ended up totally blanking her or acting obviously disinterested.

Findus and i have returned from the vet. I am currently in bad standing with his bunny highness and also financially ruined for the rest of the month. Could be worse though. Though not a lot worse. This is pretty rubbish :(

You might have better luck googling fruit loaf Zurg, but it is delish. Basically sliced bread with fruit in it that is best eaten toasted kind of like a loaf version of a teacake.

Being poor sucks. How is Findus other than bein guoswt at being captured?
