Hey everyone, I am waiting around for my neuro physio appointment in 20 minutes.

It's lovely and sunny outside and I hope I have energy to go out there later. Haven't been out yet as I didn't want to tire myself about before physio.

My wordsearch was car themed. I'm getting to the end of my book of wordsearches. I also tried some reading but not really feeling it today. So now I'm watching the news, waiting for doctors :)

I fell back asleep. Although I don't feel 100% I feel much better. Not sure if it's hay-fever as the pollen count is high here today and I am sneezing more than usual.

Amazon have been. I had my id ready as it was an age restricted item but he didn't ask for it. Just my year of birth. I must look old :laugh:

Maybe they wouldn't have been able to calculate your age if they asked for your full DOB, Dawn! I know I'm rubbish at it.

Last time I ordered an age restricted product I didn't get IDed.

I used to get ID'd a lot. I look quite a bit younger than I am. It was worse in supermarkets when we had to wear a mask and I was wearing a hat too so they couldn't really see my face.

A few years back I got mistaken for an under 16 at the Harry Potter tour!

Sometimes I find that delivery drivers are on such a time crunch they just test you to see if date of birth matches the account when there are age restricted products.

I ordered vapes on ebay once and did the take a photo to estimate age once. I was highly offended when it accepted my photo with no problems!

You can either enter in id info or something, which i couldn't do because psych ward. So you can take a selfie and it estimates your age!

I'm a bit nervous about the alert but I'm assured there's nothing to worry about.

I agree that you don't need to worry, but you can turn them off if that would make you feel better?

I am considering turning off my phone before 3pm as it should only transmit to phones actively connected to towers. Sudden loud noises freak me out and trigger seizures and even though I know it's at 3pm the noise could still be too much.

Yeah I'm not looking forward to it.
Because I'll most likely have headphones on loud and completely forget about the alert and probably destroy my eardrums.

Yeah, from what I read, phones turned off won't get it. I do have an mpg link for how to just turn off emergency alerts though if anyone wants it :)

Mpeg could be handy Jenna, I think I have turned it off on my phone but.not sure. Although I am in two minds about turning off all notifications in case at some point it is something I need to know. Fir now when I know it's just a test I am definitely avoiding it!

I just had some Crunchie Rocks, they are amazing they are like cornflake cakes had a baby with smashed up crunchies and got coated in extra chocolate.

Oooh they sound good!

They are very good. And controversially I think they may be an improvement on an actual Crunchie. I like crunchies but that much honeycomb in one piece can be a bit too sweet sometimes.

The Crunchie Rocks arent even something I invented cadburys make and sell them. But I concur that Al the ingredients are delicious.

Has anyone else tried the Crunchie ice creams on a stick? They are tasty, its honey comb flavour ice-cream , covered in chocolate and with bits of popping candy. The popping candy weirdly but awesomely gives you the texture of honeycomb bubbles in your mouth.

I hear you on not fancying them in the shop and getting home and wanting them. I don't buy chocolate super often but I really enjoy it when I do. Especially if I manage to split it over a couple of days and spread out the deliciousness.

I got Ben and Jerry's Phish food for my birthday because it was on special offer so was closer to an acceptable price for ice-cream! I am not a big fan of cookie dough though and the brownie in there ice-cream sometimes I like and sometimes I don't.

Well apart from today being sunny it's been pretty wet and grey in my part of the world. And even with the sun there was a fair breeze. I haven't made it outside since Thursday just because FND. I hope they let you see the sky at some point soon.

I am a big fan of the marshmallow in phish food. Does half baked have marshmallow?
