It's finally stopped raining here though and is nice and cooool. It's amazing!

Apparently the Australians on the radio were laughing at us (the UK) for having a heatwave warning.

Easy for the aussies to saywith their air conditioned homes and work places.

And one of the them was a radio DJ called SODA!

I need to get out in the garden and fill a trailer with as many weeds as possible. But I'm procrastinating.

Can you not just spray them with something?

I'm knackered despite 11 hours asleep. And struggling to motivate myself to do anything.

I could spray but they're like 2 foot tall... and there are plants underneath that I want to not kill... and my cat and wildlife around here makes spraying difficult to do.

Is there anything urgent that needs doing today? If not, just take it easy and do things as and when you find motivation.

Ah ok. Plan to do a set amount of time then have a nice break/ rewarding cold drink?

Nothing super urgent- the most concerning is my lack of milk :-P
I also REALLY need to shower but can't do that till my laundry is done. The rest will get done very slowly throughout the course of the weekend.

Yeah I plan on taking breaks. Thankfully it's not nearly so hot but still really sunny. My garden has no shade!

Yep- but cant go out till I've showered. Ad can't do that till laundry is done. Which is thankfully in like 20 mins time.

I have cleaned everything, hung up 2 loads of laundry, showered and been to the shop! Now to relax a bit and probably nap after my pizza.

Then I'll do some stuff for work.

Sorry to hear you had a bad night Jinxie :( lazy day is definitely the best choice. That's what weekends are for :laugh:
I'm home from work now and have tomorrow off so yay! Finally finished my placement for the Summer so I only have my part time job now. Hopefully I can have a life now and SLEEP :laugh:
