I didn't realise until I checked on iplay and watched them in order I was a weel behind in Casualty due to college hmwk etc. Didn't realise I'd be that triggered by both. Normally not by anything so that was fun news -_-

I find walk/rolling with the dog quite rewarding Lorraine and also when I used to be able to walk to town centre where I used to live I'd make myself an (extensive) playlist on my phone for my walk so it became enjoyable. In your case incorporating your artistic side maybe think of the photopgraphic opportunites you'll have on each walk.

That’s a good idea. I’ll take some photos and put together a playlist on my iPod. For a while I was doing well with walking, but I’ve been struggling to get out. I might go for a walk on Monday. I’ll be going to the post office to post a certain persons parcel so maybe I can walk to the further away post office.

Geeking out sounds good. I’m still at my sister’s. Going to stay here until lunchtime and then going to the shop. I’ll probably do some sewing when I get home. I really should do housework and work into my paintings, but there is always tomorrow.

About 2 and a half hours.
Its not too bad.
The journey goes quite fast because I just listen to music and zone out!
