Tbh I only go into my bedroom for sleeping and changing too. I sleep on the sofa sometimes too, not good sleep hygiene!

I’m seeing my employability worker today at 1.30. Should maybe have spaced appointments out this week because I’m shattered after therapy yesterday but it won’t take long I’m hoping, I don’t need a lot of practical help its just things like building my confidence etc because I know what I’m doing in nurseries I just had a massive fail in confidence lately. My HNC should help, she was impressed I was qualified.

Hopefully the start of next academic year (which is August in Scotland, I know you English folk go back in September)! If not, I’m starting my degree then too so will have somwthing to do. I fook a year off because of mentals, year doesn’t officially end until June but all the nurseries and schools start advertising this time of year. Hoping I can get a term time job but if not amd I have to work some holidays, its not a big deal.

I just got a call from the ward. They're actually ready to see me now! She's just gonna call my cpn to see if he can attend. Doubt it. Depot clinic day.
