Nah. Went for a nice walk with my friend and her kiddos (got to hold a very cute little person's hand for a while) and I really should be weeding the garden but think today is not the day (excuses excuses :wow:)... and food shop later of course.

Yeah, very cold and wet. If I procrastinate for a bit longer it'll actually start raining and make the decision for me. What's one more day of ignoring the weeds... It is getting so bad though, I have a month-ish until the annual garden "competition"/inspection and it's looking worse than ever and my motivation is lower than ever... =/

And yeah, dreaded food shop. Might try to go a bit earlier this evening though.

I used to do food shopping at around 3am as the shops were empty :laugh:

I find about 3-4 PM isnt too bad, and around 7 isnt too bad either

Yeah, 7ish is what I'm aiming for today. Usually I go at 9pm when it's extra quiet.

Anyhoo, I'm just having lunch because I've spent the last two hours "fixing" the oven. It packed up while trying to cook some nuggets for lunch... blew a bank of trip switches so I pulled it all out and cleaned up the 8 years worth of dust and grease and food residue and onion that had slipped down the sides and dog food from underneath and a receipt and a 10p coin! So gross. Took apart the plug in case the fuse had gone in there because it wasn't even turning on when I reset the trip switches...

...turns out I didn't actually turn the individual trip for the oven back on... so it would have been a 30 second job instead if I'd just looked properly... but at least it's all clean now.

Ok so the oven is not fixed... it is not heating up. Guess that's why it tripped out. >.<

And also stupid me threw out the defrosted nuggets which I still could have cooked had I remembered the top oven/grill that still works!

I'm clearly on a roll of dumbness this afternoon >.<

The winning is irrelevant anyway, Eurovision is all about the lolz.

My favourite band, poets of the fall, are also Finnish. Maybe Finland just produce good music!
