Crisis dropped me in town. First time I've been out since stuff re opened. It's so busy! And I'm melting sat in a boiling bench because I cant do long distances

It's SO busy now shops have opened. People everywhere!

The shops here don’t open until Monday, and then pubs and things are planning on opening on the 15th. Then schools are August 11th, then hairdressers and stuff after that

Hairdressers and stuff are all opening on the 4th here. Dont know how social distancing is going to work there!
Especially with the inevitable rush for pubs

Tbf I'm looking forward to pub gardens re opening.

Pub gardens will be nice but not so much in the actual pub
The pub near my mum has been open for takeaway drinks. You can literally get milk bottles full of beer!
Or just get a single drink and sit outside

You guys have made me very tempted to order a pizza. One part of me says I should treat myself since I'm about to work three 12-hour days. That's totally a valid excuse :p

The morning started off productively, I had a fight with SSE at 8am this morning because they overestimated my gas bill by a fair amount. I couldn’t sleep last night from worrying about it, so glad it was a mistake.

I slept so badly in the heat. My sister has invited us to lunch but i can't sit that long outside.

They are! The man on the phone was very nice though, he spread my debt out over 12 months rather than demanding I pay it all in one lump sum. He said as long I was making some payments he was happy, so its all sorted :).

I do really need to get a job though, can’t rely on V and my dad forever. I’m hoping to hear back from supply soon so I can get some hours in, I did that before and loved it.

Also can someone give me a pat on the back for phoning the vet and paying my vet's bill? It was scary because usually I pay cash but of course due to coronavirus not many people are accepting cash. I know the cattery I usually use isnt atm.
