I don't know! My sleep has been all over the place since I got here but I went to bed at 11 and woke up at 3 and can't get back to sleep... Need to be up in a couple or hours.

That is annoying. Have you anything to help you sleep? Any hot tea or warm milk?

Maybe your body is still confused with the dramatic change in time zones?

Nah there's no tea or coffee provided in the hotel room.

Maybe it is jetlag still but it seems backwards.
