I had a email from a charity whose mh forum I am registered with. It was a survey. I put that I was put off using their service because it required a phone number upon registering and I was worried that if I were having a mh crisis the police would be called. Nobody here has my phone number and I am glad that the police aren't called each time someone says that they are suicidal.

Can't get through to the cmht or shelter. Just had the police in my building because they've had reports of drug dealing. Nothing is going right. And now I can't leave the house because I've obviously been crying.

Both shelter and the citizens advice have no one available and then the line cuts off so there no queueing system or anything. How am I supposed to get help when they don't let me?!

I just did a quick 20 minute tidy up. Back on my rocking chair and watching a program about big cats. Tigers, etc. My Molly’s cousins.

Dinner was nice. :) Lidl is now my favourite supermarket.
