I'm not being down on myself on purpose , it's been almost solid horrible feeling for like 10 or so days. It better be the holiday blues come early. I'm going to my parents for Christmas , How am I supposed to get through without S.I.? I'll just have to do the bare minimum whilst hiding it and trying to be "Happy".

oh cleaning :S No thanks Heather , I manage to keep my flat in the bare minimum tiday and clean but I do try , I dust my living room quitea few times a week but the rest of the flat gets left a bit :S Erp.

You need what I need Felicia , I would like to lose XXX amount of weight soon too . I can't say how much because of the rules so I'm just being cautious . I would dearly love to have some motivation and concentration too .
