*hugs jill* im sorry you are feeling low. Glad that you are trying to keep busy though. That's very important. Don't let yourself sit with thoughts for too long.

*hugs mark* im sorry you are struggling with depression :-/ Days like that are so hard sometimes. You can make it through this though. You're strong. Probably stronger than you think.

still not doing too well.
am supposed to partake in a group meeting this week. don't think i can face it at present. :-(
trying to get in touch with my psychiatrist but think he was out of town today. hoping he is back tomorrow.
really not doing crash hot. very depressed and suicidal.

would just like to be able to smile and mean it.

MY Social Worker (Maybe) , well she is my new person from the CMHT and she called and is coming over tomorrow morning, Apart from my previous social worker crashing an appointment I had with my Keyworker I've not had contact with my CMHT in an age , months and months. So yeah I'm nervous.

Still a bit so so but I have to go back to the hospital tomorrow for a check up
