Peacock here is a free (and paid) streaming movie and show network, but hardly any selection for us free users nowadays. :indifferent:

We used to have a Peacocks in the city centre but it closed several years ago. We have a Primark though. Plus a Smyth's toy store.

It's the same here, Dawn. I was out walking around a garden today. The frosty/misty views were amazing.

Yep was freezing. Jasmine moaned the whole time we were walking :plain:
It wasn't even a long walk! Only 30 mins!
But i guess if you're used to getting chauffeured around, it seems like a long walk!
Well, the walk back was a bit longer because we went into town before home.

It does get a bit tiresome when you end up having the same conversation about the cold with every.single.customer. Though i guess it's nice to mix it up a bit from 'is pepsi ok?' And 'sorry we don't have J20'
If i had a £ for every time I said those things, I wouldn't have to work anymore!

We have mango and passionfruit juice, pineapple coconut and lime, apple, orange and cranberry. So most people just go for the mango and passionfruit instead of J20.
I think we should have it, people ask for it all the time.

I guess those things aren't really any different. J20 is just synonymous with any mixed fruit juice really. Must be hard explaining it to customers though!

Morning all. It's flipping freezing. Unfortunately I have my coronavirus booster jab today so I have to go outside today.

It is freezing. I have work and groovefit.

I made a mini snowman yesterday evening!

I thought it might be snowing again but I think it's just leaves falling off trees.

It has been snowing overnight here too, and it was yesterday so it's lying. Walk like a penguin over the icy bits! (Takes too much focus for me).

I'm glad you're getting your booster, Dawn. Hopefully it will keep you well. Wrap up. Then you'll have to take stuff off to get to your arm!

I got up later than I wanted to but got my to do list done. Didn't have too much on it. Got loads of post too, I like post when it's not scary post just things I've bought and things other people have sent to me. And I bought a Muse t-shirt and a Blink 182 t-shirt. Must stop buying things.

I've just read that you still need to open your windows in winter to avoid mould and condensation. It's too cold for that! I keep having to top up my gas so often.

Today I need to pick up a parcel and then go to the gym group, need to time it right so I'm not hugely early for the gym group.

Yeah, the damp in my Windows has never been as bad as this winter. I tried cleaning it off yesterday and used an anti mould spray. Ideally i Think i should do it every day as long as these temperatures persist but i don't have that kind of energy….

I want to let in some fresh Air now and then but i end up closing the door and Windows after 5 minutes. My birds don't handle cold well so i need to be sure they won't be too cooled off. And of course my snail, snailzilla requires constant heating (she's a very delicate lady!!!)

Boo to gym group!!!! Or just gym.

I've never had to deal with any damp or mould thankfully!

I ripped off a nail when i was putting the washing in and now I'm upset :(
It's bleeding a lot. Now gonna have to see if my nail lady can fit me in for a fix before xmas! She's super busy though!

Morning all. I am finding that my bedroom windows condensation is worse this year too zurg. Like you say Lindsay it's way too cold to be opening windows.

I am waiting for amazon. Hopefully they will come with all my packages. Apart from a dead arm I am ok after my jab. My cpn is coming later to jab me too.

Amazon have been. Got everything that I ordered. I am now going for a shower and making myself a hot chocolate because it's very cold despite having the heating on. Plus I have to tidy my flat before my cpn arrives.

I've got a delivery coming somewhere between 6.30pm and 8.30pm so I can't get into my PJs and numerous layers until it's been.

I also have a delivery coming. But it just says 'before 10pm'.
I also have glow beatz. The delivery is alcohol so I'm not sure if they'll be able to leave it in the usual spot if I'm out!
I had gym this morning, been to asda and put washing away. I don't feel like I've been all that productive though. I also had 2 appointments but one was phone and one was zoom so i don't think they really count as doing things.

I have often recieved parcels wearing PJ’s and a robe. I occassionally also wear my morning robe in the day. It is quite comfy and handy when i take out the trash and it's cold outside :)

I've had a shower. Put on comfy clothes. I am soooo ready for a coffee!!!

Yeah tbh i receive deliveries in PJs too.
I doubt the person even notices! Especially this time of year when it's dark and cold and busy!

Ah. They're not allowed to just leave it like usual. I had a mare with an Amazon driver yesterday for not being home and not planning on being home and he wouldn't deliver to a difference address!
