No I am not. My back aches and this is the second day in a row I have woken up early because of the heat. I am bloody boiling. The thing is there's naff all on the telly and I cant leave the flat because I am expecting amazon parcel today. Well several parcels.

But other than the above i am ok. I am just grumpy today.

I'm going to the gym group at 1pm. It's not too hot here and the gym will have air con. Overall I hate the gym though!

My cat was clearly suffering from the heat yesterday. She was very lethargic and didnt move much. Spent most of the day asleep. She seems livelier atm.

I have pilates and glow beatz.
But they aren't until later.
I need to pick up my prescription also but will do that after pilates, the studio is only a few doors down from the pharmacy!

Crookshanks is just his usual self. It's a year since Church died, it might actually be a year and a day because I'm getting it from my fb memories and I didn't post till it was the next day because it was late at night that he died and I wanted to make sure my brother knew first. I miss him.

The only equipment I used in Pilates was a small ball to lie on and I kept falling off. I was generally rubbish and the instructor kept having to help me. I hope you get on better!

This studio has these bed/platform things with parts that move and have bars and adjustable springs and all sorts of attachments!

There was a little shower when I was about to leave for the gym group so I put my jacket on just in case but it came to nothing. In the end we didn't go to the gym. Someone else was covering it and the other service user was feeling a bit dizzy and I said I felt mentally and physically awful so we just got a Costa and went for a walk to find Dinosaurs that were placed around the town.

I feel a bit physically ill atm but I have stopped feeling grumpy. It's cooler now but still hot. I am still waiting for amazon. I have my parents coming later and it might come when they're here. I will get a lecture because I have more than one package.

Pilates was great thanks! Turns out i have basically no core strength though XD
Really struggled with a couple of moves. But i did not fall off the moving bed thing and everyone was SO nice.
One of the ladies gave me her IG so when i have the money to get a membership, she can recommend me and we both get £25 off. I was planning to get a membership anyway so that would be good!

Morning everyone. What is everyone doing today?

I'm going to the walking group at 1pm. My support worker is back and taking the group. I'll have to tell her I haven't been to the gym group or some of the walking groups for ages (because she'll ask about how the groups were while she was away) and she'll say did I not go yesterday and I'll have to fess up to our walk yesterday.

It's cloudy and breezy here with some warmth. The weather apps don't say it's going to rain but the clouds are dark.

There's a nice cool breeze here.

It was just me and my support worker at the walk. A lot of the time it's just me at the groups because one of the other people isn't well right now and the other person has plans a lot of the time. The walk was good.

Afternoon all. I noticed that the sign saying that my road is closed next week says they're only working between 8 am to 5 pm. So hopefully if my Internet goes down it will only be between those hours so hopefully I will be able to come online during the evenings next week. I already rescheduled my tesco delivery to come between 5 and 6 pm next Tuesday.

Morning all. I am bloody boiling but I slept for longer than what I have been doing. Would have still been asleep if it weren't for the postman but it was an important parcel as it was a redelivery.

It's ryl bin day! They have collected my ordinary bin but not the recycling yet. The ordinary bin was the most important.

My ordinary bin is full to the brim!
The bin men don't usually come until a bit later here though

My dad's in charge of bins thank goodness.

I'll probably spend the day in the garden, reading etc

My neighbour has put herself in charge of most of the bins in our little area. But she only puts out the bins of people she likes

It's dull and breezy here. I think Central Scotland is the only place that isn't having a heatwave. The rest of Scotland has been at points.

My bins have been being collected later than usual for the past few weeks.

I'm taking Crookshanks to the vet later on to see if his weight is ok and what I should be feeding him. Not looking forward to getting taxis.

It's sunny and warm here but not as horrible as it has been.

My bins have been collected now. I think the bin man has some form of ocd because he has lined up all the bins in a perfect row instead of chucking them anywhere like normal!

I don't like getting taxis either

A perfect row of bins sounds better than just chucking them everywhere. I'm always worried I'll pick up the wrong bin or someone else will pick up my bin which my neighbour has done before and I had to sneak into their garden when they were out to switch the bins and they had already put something in my bin.

Dawn, I saw you mentioned The Railway Children in the classic films thread. Do you like that film? Have you seen there's a second one coming out in the cinema? I'll probably just wait till it comes out on dvd.

I have rainbow coloured numbers on my bin so it would be hard for someone to take mine by mistake!

Lindsay The Railway Children is my second ever favourite film. I have all 3 versions with Jenny Agutta on dvd. I am definitely going to buy the sequel on dvd when it comes out.

Weirdly I enjoyed picking numbers for my bins. Mine are shaped as houses with the number in the middle. It depends what angle the bin people leave the bins as to whether they get mixed up or not, like if you can't see the number.
