I burnt my dinner. I use the chicken seasoning sheets to cook chicken breasts and suddenly I am always burning the chicken. I used to be fine with it, I follow the instructions. So annoying. I'll just have to be brave and cook it another way.

I think it sort of counts! Tomatoes are the best, especially home grown. I've got a giant beefsteak tomato growing that's nearly ripe. Gonna have that with mozzarella!

The chicken breasts are fried inside a seasoned sheet of some form of paper. Cooking for 10 minutes each side and I actually cooked at a lower temperature than the pack says to try and avoid burning them like I had already done before. I have a weird relationship with chicken and worry that I'm not cooking it fully.

When you have more ripe beefsteak tomatoes you need to cook for us all NP.

I'm always very nervous about cooking chicken too. But I've now pretty much gone meat free so that helps!

I've got some more coming, enough to feed us all!

I've nearly got more cherry tomatoes than I know what to do with.

I'm now trying to think of recipes that involve lots of tomatoes!

I'm happy to just snack on them. =) Plus I have them every work day for lunch too so should get through them pretty quickly.
