We’ll he actually turned up at 8am and then people spent an hour trying to get hold of me. I’d booked a half day leave from 11:45 because he said 12! So my half day is now until 1pm and I have to go back to work after. Weird day!

Good news is that my work phone actually has mobile signal at home so I’m not cut off from the world after all.

In theory I suppose I could change back to Vodafone now that there's a mast here. I went with Three because they did both calls and texts via wifi calling and super cheap and good for roaming when I went to America but in a powercut it means I'm completely cut off! Hmm. Something to ponder now that I know the Vodafone mast works.

And godfrickindammit I can't believe I need to be back at work in half an hour! Stupid electrician coming early has really messed up my day. Not really, just taking a half days leave in the middle of the day is really strange.

I cant change because only one network works in my parents house due to it being rural. So basically I need to be contactable in their house especially over Christmas. I cant just go outside as it makes no difference.

I've been with Talk Talk for as long as I remember, they keep tricking me to stay with them.

I was tricked into changing my energy supplier too and when I did I lost my warm home discount because it was attached to my previous supplier.

That's rubbish!
These companies can be so sneaky

You can't go anywhere without bumping into them. The last people came to my house which I wasn't expecting.

It was very speedy. He said he has a few more people to see and he'll let me know tomorrow or Wednesday.
