Tomato, courgette, black bean and red pepper is the flavour of my soup. With grated cheese when I serve it.

It was jam packed in there. Couldn't even sit down but a lovely nurse rushed me through.
Wrist isn't broken thankfully! Just very badly bruised.

I got woken up to have a mental health act assessment so that's fun. They are discussing me now.
Also got woken up at 7am for blood sugars which were low so I had to have nasty glucogel which made me feel sick.
It's only 10 and its not been a great day already!

Oh dear. Maybe try to keep having sugary coffee regularly to avoid the glucogel?

I got woken up by a rude consultant who changed the plan disnt tell me why and walked off before I could ask.

I've been put on a section 3 now. Even though I said I'd stay informally. Dammit.

Funnily enough there's a cup of movicol in the clinic room and the hca was saying it looks like vomit

I have no idea what that is but I wouldn't want to drink anything that looked like vomit. :/

And movicol is a laxative drink.

Someone left their drink next to the cups of plain water one time when I was in hospital and I accidentally had a tiny sip and it was yuck.

That salty stuff that you have to drink if you have low potassium is worse though. I had to drink it a couple of times and then found out that they had read my blood results wrong or something so I didn't even need it in the first place.

Ewwwwww. And yeah I just ate like 4 bananas instead.

I take movicol, you get used to it.

I don't know why they can't make all medicine taste like strawberry calpol. That stuff was nice!
My liquid meds taste disgusting.
