Cacoethes 31-05-2017 07:49 PM

Awww bless!
Horses do have very expressive faces when you really look!

Sketchy 31-05-2017 07:50 PM

That's it. I'm definitely going back to that park. There are highland cows too, which are so adorable.

Cacoethes 31-05-2017 07:53 PM

Oooo I love highland cows!! They are so adorable!

not_so_insig 31-05-2017 08:02 PM

I used to ride a pony which I nicknamed Soggy Pants because it rained once whilst I was riding him. He was soggy and he pulled a face which seemed to say "this is pants".

Sketchy 31-05-2017 08:04 PM

Aww that sounds cute Dawn.

Cacoethes 31-05-2017 08:16 PM

Awww bless him!

We once had a horse I nicknamed 'pants'.
He was a fancy breed and had a fancy name that I could never remember so I just called him 'fancy pants' and in the end, we all just started to call him pants.

not_so_insig 01-06-2017 11:36 AM

Morning all. I was boiling last night as I slept with the fan on.

Shy_Bambi 01-06-2017 11:40 AM

Good morning everyone! I'm in a good mood today because I got 2 autographs in the post this time! Connie beechamp and cute Dylan from casualty! :D

not_so_insig 01-06-2017 11:44 AM

Yay Rebecca. I am still waiting for my autographs. I had a leaflet in the post today from Welsh labour instead.

chinahorse 01-06-2017 11:52 AM

Hey guys. It's nice an sunny again. Yay!

Cacoethes 01-06-2017 11:56 AM

Hey guys

Shy_Bambi 01-06-2017 12:01 PM

Thank you Dawn! I hope you get your autographs soon. It's an awesome feeling when you finally hear back. Boo for getting politics through the door. The Welsh party leader (I think it was the leader) was in London yesterday to campaign for her party, which is really stupid because no one in England can vote for them, so it was a waste of time! I get a lot of labour through the door but I hate them because they're a racist party. I hate elections.

Hello Beckie!

Cacoethes 01-06-2017 12:03 PM

Arent UKIP the racist ones?

I got a Tory leaflet through the door today :ermm:

Shy_Bambi 01-06-2017 12:06 PM

Yeah UKIP are also racist. But Labour have said a lot of disgusting things about Jewish people and that seriously rubs me the wrong way. I honestly don't think ukip stand a chance.

Cacoethes 01-06-2017 12:10 PM

Ah I don't know about that.
Can't stand racists!

UKIP don't have a chance. It's gonna be between Labour and Tory.

Shy_Bambi 01-06-2017 12:12 PM

I don't like any of them to be honest. They all lie. And to be honest, Labour don't know what they're doing and they're keeping too many secrets anyway. Why don't they tell us some figures instead of saying they'll tell us after they win. Ugh. Boo to politics!!

Cacoethes 01-06-2017 12:13 PM

I don't have much confidence in any of them either.
It's just picking the lesser of two evils!

Shy_Bambi 01-06-2017 12:32 PM

That's very true!!

What are you up to today Beckie? Anything fun?

Cacoethes 01-06-2017 12:40 PM

Not up to much.
Watching Lilo and Stitch currently and I'm cooking sausages for a sausage sandwich for lunch.
I've been craving one since yesterday!

How about you?

Shy_Bambi 01-06-2017 01:16 PM

I've never seen that movie before! Is it any good?
I'm going out with my mum in a bit to get some cat food at Asda and send a package to my dad in the Philippines. Not his biggest fan but I'm too nice for my own good lol!

Sounds like a really laid back day for you to me! Sounds good!

Cacoethes 01-06-2017 01:20 PM

I think it's good! I like most Disney films tbh!

It's good that you're getting out. Being stuck in the house all day is no fun.
I'm not a big fan of my dad either!

Yep! I have clubbercise tonight which is good. I always feel less stressed during clubbercise.

chinahorse 01-06-2017 01:42 PM

That's good you'll feel better doing your class beckie. I admire how you manage to go to classes.

Rebecca hope getting out the house is ok for you, it's nice out most places which helps.

I'm crocheting and dozing in the lounge after a rocky morning. Fibromyalgia is kicking my arse.

Cacoethes 01-06-2017 01:45 PM

Thanks Lillie

Sorry your morning hasn't been great. Hopefully a rest will help

not_so_insig 01-06-2017 01:50 PM

Afternoon all. I decided to lie down for 10 mins on the bed only to fall asleep. Next thing I know it's nearly 2 pm.

My amazon parcel got dispatched before so it will arrive tomorrow. I scheduled it for monday so it's coming early. I hope I hear the amazon man because tomorrow cleaning day and therefore I might not hear the doorbell if the washing machine or the hoover is going.

Cacoethes 01-06-2017 02:07 PM

You must have needed the sleep dawn.

not_so_insig 01-06-2017 02:53 PM

Been for my weekly walk around the park at the bottom of the road and it's hot. I am boiling hot.

Cacoethes 01-06-2017 02:55 PM

Good on you for getting out.
I haven't been anywhere today.

chinahorse 01-06-2017 03:03 PM

Well done on getting put dawn you must have needed tge sleep!

I agree it's hot out and lovely. I love the nice weather. I get to wear floaty summery stuff.

Beckie youre going out later to tour class so don't fret!

Cacoethes 01-06-2017 03:13 PM

I like it when it's not too hot.

That's a good point. It feels weird not going to asda today!
I don't really need to go.
But yeah, at least I'll be going to clubbercise later!

What are you up to Lillie?

chinahorse 01-06-2017 03:13 PM

Haha do you go every day? I used to be like that with aldi when I had days off.

Cacoethes 01-06-2017 03:20 PM

I practically live in asda :p

I keep meaning to try Aldi. We do have one and everyone says it's great but I've still never been!

Shy_Bambi 01-06-2017 03:22 PM

Afternoon everyone! I had a panic attack in the street so instead of going to asda we just came home
I really wish there was a clubbersize near me! It sounds like a lot of fun!! I hope you have a good time, Beckie!!
Going for a walk around the park sounds nice Dawn. It's way too hot where I am, but I hope it wasn't too hot for you that it made you uncomfortable.

Cacoethes 01-06-2017 03:38 PM

Oh no! Are you ok now? Panic attacks are horrible :(

It is loads of fun! I think it's just what I need today.

Shy_Bambi 01-06-2017 04:20 PM

I'm a lot calmer now that I'm home but I couldn't breathe it was horrible. I'm putting some of my stuff up on eBay to try and busy my mind a bit more
I'm glad you have that class today! It sounds like you go everyday lol

Wonderland. 01-06-2017 04:22 PM

*gently hugs Rebecca*

Panic attacks are awful. I hope you can find something soothing to do to relax your mind.

You should try Aldi, seriously Beckie!

Cacoethes 01-06-2017 04:25 PM

Glad that you're calmer now. Panic attacks are really scary.

I had a call from driving instructor and I now have a lesson on Tuesday. So that's something to look forward to.

Wonderland. 01-06-2017 04:26 PM

Glad you are calmer now Rebecca, selling on ebay is a good plan!

Yay for clubbercise today Beckie and driving lesson on tues :-)

Cacoethes 01-06-2017 04:30 PM

What are you up to Amy?

Wonderland. 01-06-2017 04:32 PM

I'm supposed to be tidying and other things, but apparently I'm procrastinating....

Cacoethes 01-06-2017 04:33 PM

Know that feel.
You should tidy! I know personally it makes me feel better when I have a tidy house .

Wonderland. 01-06-2017 04:35 PM

I will do, just snack time first ;-)

Cacoethes 01-06-2017 04:40 PM

Haha! :p

I'm already thinking about what to have for dinner.
I've been so hungry today!

Shy_Bambi 01-06-2017 04:46 PM

Thank you Wonderland, that means a lot.

Wonderland. 01-06-2017 04:59 PM

Make sure you keep your fluids up Beckie, I often find when it's hot I end up eating more and I think some of the time I really am hungry for a refreshing drink rather than food.

I'm glad Rebecce! I used to suffer from panic attacks, so know how awful they are!!

Cacoethes 01-06-2017 05:02 PM

That's a good point.
I do try and remember to drink more in the heat.
I seem to be quite prone to dehydration and I've ended up in hospital for it before so I do need to remember

Wonderland. 01-06-2017 05:06 PM

Maybe keep some of whatever you drink in the fridge.
I put a jug of water in the fridge so it goes nice and cold, and then add cordial to it. If you get like a one liter jug you will be able to gauge if you are drinking enough as you should have 2 of them. I find I drink way more though even not in this heat because of meds (dry mouth).

I used to struggle with drinking enough too, and found drinking through a straw actually really helped up my intake of fluids somehow!

Cacoethes 01-06-2017 05:10 PM

That is a very good idea!
I usually get prompted when I start getting headaches which probably isn't a good thing! :p

I think I have some curly straws somewhere!

Wonderland. 01-06-2017 05:19 PM

They have plastic cups with straws in primark like below only £3

https://images.primark.com/productsi...-large.jpg?d=1

I have one similar and it great!

Cacoethes 01-06-2017 05:27 PM

I've got something similar except the straw is bendy!

chinahorse 01-06-2017 05:35 PM

Bendy straws and straws in general make everything taste better.
