I am ok except for slightly bored thanks Lindsay. Did some sweeping and had a shower before to give me something to do. Contemplating what to have for tea.

I pulled something in my chest this morning, it hurt to move and breathe for a while but it went away luckily!

I had creme brulee after work! It was on the specials and i haven't had it in years. It was very tasty

My work friend saw me sitting at the bus stop outside work. My usual bus hadn't turned up so i was waiting for the one that goes around the ENTIRE town and takes forever (would actually be quicker to walk) but my friend stopped and offered me a lift home which was so nice of her! I'll have to buy her a drink next time we're working together

Lindsay, a combo of paracetamol and ibuprofene can work wonders on pulled muscles!!! I am prone to those because i started being old when i turned 30 ;-)
Trust me!!!! I am an expert in painkiller combos!!! Also, heat is good for the back. A heating blanket or a hot water bottle.

I havent had my tea yet zurg. I fancy pasta and pesto though.

In the end I went for Domino's as they are doing a special offer.

I used to like domino's but it is very overpriced for what it is.
We have a couple of much cheaper (and nicer!) Independent pizza places here luckily

They're doing a large pizza for £12 until Sunday. Which is cheaper than just eat.

There's randomly a big pot of domino's dip in one of the bar fridges at work.

I resent having to spend an hour (or hour and a half, depending on which bus i get) just to go and get a piece of paper stamped.
But i guess I'd just be sitting here otherwise so it's good to have something to do!
Also need to go to vape shop

I'm ok. L said she would go with me to the signed Mass this afternoon. I like it because it's far fewer people than a regular Mass and easier to follow than the Italian. But it's only once a month.

Boo to having to travel to dentist!!! I am lucky, i signed up with the dentist that happens to be located next door. I used to have to travel too. But i didn't like my old dentist and i also disliked having to travel home after having teeth pulled or something else that left me looking like a hungry vampire on the bus home, with blood seeping from my mouth that i could not feel due to the aneasteahtics. Pah!!!

I’ve cleaned bun bun's cage and the birdie cages. Hoovered my flat after because having cage cleaning with no subsequent hoovering makes it all pointless.
Now i am tired, grumpy and hungry.
And have to go grocery shopping and picking up a parcel with something to clean off urine smell from animals. Alberte has taken a liking to peeing in my couch…. Which is a bit unfortunate.

Morning all. I have stomach ache which is time of the month related. My period isn't that heavy atm so I dont get why I am in pain.

I tried to sign up with any of the dentists in my town but they all had an at least 5 year waiting list. And it is VERY rare to get an NHS spot now. They have reduced them drastically. So now I'm too scared to try and move dentists. But my dentist is open 8am-8pm Monday to Sunday which is quite handy. Most dentists are normal office hours. And they are also an emergency dentist.
So I'm just gonna stick with them.

Oh no, Kat. Alberte is peeing in your couch! One of my cats used to pee on the carpet before we got him neutered because we were stupid and thought he was a girl and girls didn't need anything done. The smell was everywhere and I couldn't get rid of it. I hope you have better luck.

I've been to the chemist, Tesco, washed my hair, put a washing on and put the dry things away and put up the washing up to dry, and quickly cleaned the kitchen.

I have the prescription stamped, now having costa.
Finding everything very overwhelming. The bus was full and awful even with my music turned right up, town is busy and loud. There was a guy with a microphone and speakers talking about jesus and a homeless guy sitting near him, shouting at him.
I don't usually get bothered by things like this but i am very stressed out. Still need to get home too!
I think I've spent all week at work surrounded by a loud and busy place that my tolerance has lowered!

Also, i don't actually vape that much! Few puffs a day, that's all. And it's no nicotine liquid. Still not healthy but i don't use it a lot

I vape A LOT!!! I was a heavy smoker prior to starting vaping. It is undoubtly not good for your health but at the same time it's not bad in the same ways that smoking normal cigs is. But i'd never advise anyone to take up smoking/vaping/whatever. It is the dumbest decision i ever made and i'm sitting here some 25 years later and still not able to quit. I've tried. It doesn't end well….!!

I felt stressed after cleaning the cages and decided to wait until after my afternoon phonecall to my mum to go shopping and parcel fetching. Then, for some reason, i decided that due to restless legs it would be a mighty good idea to sort some things in my flat. So now i'm tired on a level i hadn't reached prior to being practical pig.
And still need to shop and Pick up parcel. Fml!!!

Good on you Lindsay for being active!! Now you absolutely must relax!!!! It is an order!!!

We started that last night Cacoethes but I got too tired half way through the first episode so I'm hoping to finish it with my dad today.

I'm on weekly prescriptions so I'm in there all the time. And it's a small pharmacy so the same people are always there! They always say i can always go and chat to them if I'm struggling which is lovely of them.

Thank you! The new series is really good! I wish they were all released at the same time so i could binge watch them!

They are shutting my road next week so if it's like last time and they're working on my phone poles I might not have Internet.
